Update…it’s now summer 2022 and we set the pool up again, our 2nd summer to use it. Much easier to set up 2nd time around. The filter system is still working great. No holes that needed to be repaired. We bought this pool on sale and figured if we got to use it one summer it was worth the price. Two summers is awesome. We did purchase a tarp for underneath the pool this year (I recommend doing this highly) as last year it was very difficult to clean the (outside) bottom of the pool for storage. We cleaned the inside of the pool very well before storing it away for the winter. I’ve read the reviews of this pool for 2022 and honestly don’t understand how it has such negative reviews. Maybe the material was changed? I can honestly say that this Grandma and Grandpa have been completely happy and satisfied with our purchase. And I still enjoy floating in it when the grands go home. Caught this pool on sale and so glad we purchased it. It was fairly easy to set up. Took both me and my husband to do it. Our grandkids have enjoyed and loved spending time in it this summer. The filter system has worked great for us. I even enjoy spending time in it when the grandkids go home. It’s been easy to keep clean and maintained. My only warning is if someone (grandchild in our case) leans or lays on the side the weight of the water flowing out will keep the side down and you will flood your yard! It was easy enough to pull the side back up, but we lost about half of the water and had to refill. I check the inflation of the ring weekly and add air as needed. We have truly enjoyed this pool this summer.

I ordered this pool, followed directions perfect. The pool is set up on a clean, flat, smooth service. Once we started filling it we noticed about 6 inches up the side water leaking out of a hole. Well at this point we have already filled the pool about half way, so you do not want to let all the water out to work on the patch but we patched anyways! Then we continue to add more water. As the day goes on and no one has been in or around the pool we notice how wet it is all around the pool. So clearly there are more holes in the lining of this pool. We have not found all of them because the problem of leaking water continues!!! So I contact Amazon and tell them the pool is defective. The representative I spoke to was very rude!!! I have never had that happen with Amazon so I was alittle put off by that. She did not seem to want to offer any help and told me that company was sold out of these pools and to just return it. I understand the fact of returning it but I told her there was no way I could get this pool back into the box and return it not to mention I have filled this pool up with 600 gallons of water. I was not dragging a soaking wet pool to the UPS store in my car and then into the store. I offered to send pictures so she could see I was telling the truth and to just offer proof because that seems like the right thing to do. She then just left our conversation without warning and I ended up with Ruby, a new representative. Now Ruby tells me she will send me a new pool. Which ok that is fine but I told her the previous representative told me the company was sold out of the pools, she tells me not to worry about it and she was one day shipping the new pool. So I was happy with this regardless of the fact that I now how to flood my yard with 600 gallons of water, a total waste of money by the way!!!! And now set up the new pool and fill it with 600 more gallons of water!!! My water bill is going to be insane!!!!! So all of this happens around 8-9 am on July 7 (Friday) this is important because today July 8 (Saturday) I am anticipating a new pool. I check my Amazon orders to find out the pool is not going to be here until Tuesday, July 11!!!!! That is not ONE DAY shipping!! So now I have been lied to by two Amazon representatives! During the week I will not be able to assemble this pool so it will sit there until the following weekend. It’s just a ridiculous mess! I usually am proud of Amazons service but this has been the worse service I have ever received from Amazon.

Thank you Bestway for this beautiful pool.Was so easy to assemble my 12 yr old grand daughter practically did everything - from unboxing it - imflating the ring - attaching all hoses to pool and the pump. I have purchased Summer Waves and Intex pools previously and this one is very comparable.But for $108 this is a winner. We started late in the evening and pool was filled by 4am.Approx 6 hours.The pump is bigger than the ones I have had in the past and works well.I ordered 6 filters for $28 and a cover for $23. We used a tarp underneath the pool.As always make sure the area you choose is level.Next for days are high 80's and the kids will be cool having fun.

This pool was a really good pool. We had a hole in ours, and decided it would be best to get a replacement pool; my Mom went on her phone to get a replacement and 5 minutes later, she said the new pool was on its way. Great customer service. You have to be sure to follow the instructions. Every little detail has a purpose, like making sure the lining is not wrinkled. It will affect the shape of the pool. The pool is a good size as well, it fit me and my 8 siblings relatively well ranging from ages 3-21, and we still had about 5 inches left to fill. The only thing I would say is to MAKE SURE your ground is level, or it WILL NOT fill up right. TIPS: You can put som dirt down on the ground if your yard is not level. Depending on how steep your yard is, you’ll need bags of dirt. OR you can build a platform, that will last you a while. If you want to test to see if your yard is level, put a LITTLE bit of water in the pool just to see where it flows. I did not realize until that day just how heavy water is, our whole family couldn’t move that pool after it was about 4 inches high. But, even after all that, I think this is a great budget pool.

The first year it was good but halfway into the 2nd year it started to not hold air. Patched a few tiny holes but kept deflating. The pump hose's became brittle and started cracking. So had to buy replacement hose's. Now the pool is falling apart. So definitely not a pool to have year after year. Maybe just for one summer. I took it down at the end of summer and stored it in our building so that could be part of the issue, if you have a climate controled place to store it, it might last longer.
