We got 2months use out of this crappy pool, bought it in June took it down the end of August and stored it per the instructions in the manual. Put it up this year pool ripped at the bottom seem. Called Amazon and was directed to contact the manufacturer which I did. I was told I was out of my warranty period which according to Amazon was 2 years I bout the pool june of 2021 and its June of 2022. Called Amazon back which was what I was told to do by Amazon representative in their heavy bulky item department because Amazon would make it right....right, I was told to go back to the manufacturer again. Moral of this story...don't waste your time, energy or money on a beltway steel pro max pool it isn't worth it. ... show more
