All-In-One-Set Included pump and cartridge help maintain effective circulation for cleaner, more refreshing water. Fits the Whole Family Spacious 14' x 33" size and 2,700 gal. water capacity offer ample space for summer fun. Can I replace the included pump with a sand filter pump? Yes, compatible sand filter pumps can be used as a replacement, provided they match the pool’s hose connection size and recommended flow rate. Always ensure proper fit and performance compatibility before upgrading. Can I keep the pool up during winter? It’s strongly recommended to disassemble your pool for winter. Your pool may collapse under the weight of ice and snow, which can cause lasting damage. For best results, take the pool down when temperatures drop below 45°F. How do I drain the pool? Unscrew the drain cap, attach a garden hose using the adapter and turn the control ring to start draining. When finished, close the valve, disconnect the hose, replace the cap and let the pool air dry. Do I need to put anything underneath the pool? Using a ground cloth is recommended. It helps protect the pool bottom from debris and reduces wear while also protecting your lawn. Ground cloths are available on the BestwayUSA website. Can I use saltwater in my above ground pool? No, it’s not recommended to convert your pool to saltwater, as it may cause damage. Use fresh tap water from a garden hose to fill your pool. If using a saltwater chlorinator, follow all instructions carefully before use.

I got the 14 ft diameter, 33 inch deep pool and it’s the perfect size. I got this for my dog and I to cool off and exercise and it works great for both of us!!! Pretty easy to assemble, seems sturdy enough. I set it up on concrete. The filter leaks where the hoses connect so that’s a big bummer. Minus one star because I have to buy new hoses or a new filter now. Can’t beat this pool for the price though!! Update: I got the pump to not leak by jamming the hoses on further and using double hose clamps. ... show more

I love this swimming pool. I have RLS, and kicking around in the water really helps. Plus, I've always loved swimming but will never be able to afford an inground pool. So I bought this pool for me. I'm 59 years old and it took me less than an hour to set it up. It's a nice way to cool down in the Florida heat. I like that the frame is made up of a very durable plastic. My old pool had a metal frame and it rusted after 2 years. The plastic frame will last much longer. I know that many people will buy this pool for their kids, but I gotta say, it's the perfect size for adults too. In fact, I'm the only one using it. The water is deep enough to kick around in it, and it's super relaxing just floating around on an air mattress. It's big enough, but not too big, so it's easy to keep clean. My one issue is the pump. After just one day, we noticed that it's leaking. The pool is great, but the pump is not. At any rate, the pool is worth the money. I love it. ... show more

Great product- be sure to write down your serial number from the liner before you get the poles in it also get your filter serial number. I did have a leak and it was replaced by the company immediately they were on it immediately great product.!!! great service. It was delivered in great shape.

pump went out after last summer usage. Tried setting up the pool this past weekend, and it would not work. Bestway would not honor the warranty for a replacement. It has been longer than 6 months but less than a year. 5 or more of the months the pool was not used. It was winter and it snowed in NC. So., they know/knew their pumps aren't going to last to the next summer, so the warranty is 6 months for a pump! We tried everything to trouble shoot before calling. So now we can't utilize the pool until I purchase a new pump! ... show more
