I bought this for my son for Christmas and he uses it all day everyday and he loves it! The fabric did start to tear but it did not impact usage. I reached out to Best Choice Products, told them about my issue, and they indicated the item was no longer under warranty and was not replaceable. End of story. Or so I thought! This chair's overall cushioning is pleasantly firm without being overly soft. The backrest, in particular, is not too soft and provides a comfortable, supportive feel. The quality is excellent, and this purchase was a great choice. I highly recommend this item
