It’s ok had help installing from husband. Contacted seller they were helpful. In fact they showed honest concern and made attempts to fix an issue by sending out replacement part. Since we installed it on our own we didn’t elect for replacement parts. Seller is super helpful and there for you. The only problem was the screws that allow you to adjust the crossbar length all but one fell off with vibration of driving despite tightening with ample torque.
