We really like the table. It was easy to put together and operate. We love the atmosphere it creates on our deck. What we didn't care for was the dent we found after it was assembled. The way you assemble it is upside down. I left the top in it's protective packaging as not to scratch it on the floor during assembly. After we got it all together, we found the dent. The only resolution through Amazon was to disassemble it and return it. Because the way the original packaging is designed, I would have had to send it back put together.

The media could not be loaded. Took about the same time to un package as to assemble. Extremely well packaged. Found no damaged or missing Parts. Instructions and pictures very clear, no problem with assembly. Propane tank and burner assembly Perfect! Pushed starter igniter and burner lit on second button Push ( Fantastic) Glass wind blocker is Nice and assembly was easy. I would suggest that you tighten screws on Glass carefully do not over tighten just Snug. Material used on this fire table is way above the normal Quality I have seen for this price range. Very satisfied with this product and I get a lot of great comments on it. Heat and Flame is absolutely amazing I keep it about half way on the settings. Turn it to high settings and you have a Large camp fire ! Looked at several Fire tables and decided this is the one. Very Happy I made the right decision. The only thing I would suggest is getting a higher grade cover the one that's included is ok but I wanted to protect this Beautiful fire table for many years to come.

Overall easy to put together and very nice looking . There are 2 things I don’t like.....1 the igniter sucks....2 because of the placement on the propane holder, there’s no where to store the wind guard underneath.

The media could not be loaded. Using this on patio. Not only classy looking, but puts out nice heat! <update> Had this a couple of weeks, and have found that the igniter does not work very well Looks nice, but somewhat dangerous if you have to use a lighter or match.

Came as described. Assembly instructions were somewhat vague, but it wasn’t rocket science. One thing to note is that the sides taper slightly (they’re not a perfect square/rectangle), which makes a difference during assembly as to which way is up/down on all 4 sides, although it was hard to tell this from just looking at the 4 sides. The fire glass looks great, in my opinion. The glass wind shield is great for those breezy nights, which keeps the flame contained, especially with younger children present. It also keeps your drinks from warming up too quickly near the flame. :) The wind shield glass is tough to store though, as there’s no place to put in within the table when not in use (and it’s a bit bulky). I still like having it though. We’ve had no issues with the starter, however, if you’re having problems, I would suggest making sure the metal ring in the center of the pit is completely clear or obstructions and possibly reconnecting the gas line. With the space we have, opting for the larger, 32” over the 28” was well worth it. For smaller spaces, it might be a big large though. It also has some hooks to store the cover of the fire pit when you’re using the fire feature, which is nice. It tucks away, out of sight, and you always know where it is when you’re done. Overall this was a great purchase and we use it, on average, 3-4 times per week! It gives some great ambiance to the patio in the evening and we’ll into the night. I’ve gotten quite a few compliments and others have asked where they can get one too. I would recommend this fire table!

This firepit is not a high end model, but if you don't want to spend a lot it is of good quality for the price. The top came dented on mine, however, we called the company and they sent us a whole new unit because they couldn't just send the top lid. They did not want the damaged one back. The new one came quickly without any problems. The company was very nice to work with. We did buy a new weather cover for it because the one it comes with is very thin and does not help protect it from the wind and rain. We enjoy sitting around it at night. You can feel the heat, but not like a wood fire. Even though, it allows us to put it on our patio close to the house since there is no smoke to worry about.
