The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't get everything centered nicely, but that's just an esthetic thing. Built, its pretty solid for flimsy metal. It was simple to put together, minus the centering part. The metal cover to make it a table was the selling point for me. We haven't tried the grill plates yet, but it is a nice feature for sure! Being able to make some food late at night on the fire rather than starting the grill is welcome. I would recommend this, especially with a $100 price.

It’s a fire pit. It makes fire. It lets me sit outside like a civilized caveman and stare at flames while pretending I’m deep in thought. Spoiler: I’m not. Setup was easy—no engineering degree required. Just unpack, assemble, and summon the ancient power of combustion. Once lit, it gives off solid heat, good vibes, and just enough smoke to keep the mosquitoes guessing. It hasn’t exploded, disintegrated, or burst into flames itself, which already puts it above 90% of the products I’ve bought online this year. So yeah—we like it. It’s become the new family hangout spot for roasting marshmallows and solving the world’s problems one beer at a time. Would recommend to anyone with firewood, friends, or unresolved primal instincts.

Great firepit for larger fires. Nice, wide rim around the pit so you can rest your feet on it or put plates on it if not being used for a fire. Heavy duty cover included. Still kind of smoky at times, but that may be the type of wood I am burning, but don't expect it to be smokeless (not that I have seen any that truly are!).
