I LOVE this fire pit! It's heavy-duty, not easy to move around. I found it pretty easy to put together. I use it almost every night. I used it once to barbecue steaks with charcoal, but I mainly use it as a fire pit. I wish I had bought it sooner.

This completely encloses my wood fires with no ash or embers escaping. Allows excellent air updraft & logs burn completely down to ash. Value for money: Good. Only used x 1 month but seems solid. I like that they provide a couple extra bolts & nuts for my fumbling fingers. Rust resistance: [Edit]. This is not powder coated & I noted rust in 6 weeks (uncovered in rainstorm once). So I already have spray painted it with high heat rustoleum. Build quality: I had slight difficulty understanding instructions; but it fits together in only one manner; so I knew when I had to back up & reassemble a step. If you can build a moderate complexity Lego kit, you can build this. Edit: NOT powder coated & began to rust after 2 months ( despite plastic rain cover). Needs high temp anti-rust paint applications. 4**** rating. ... show more

It looks nice and works well to keep the sparks down. Some small ones do still escape directly up. Based on the materials I don’t expect it to last more than a season or two (due to likely rust). Disappointing quality I purchased this Panovue 35 Inch Wood Burning Fire Pit on July 3, 2024. It looked nice and worked fine at first, but after less than few months of occasional use, one of the legs completely detached from the fire pit body at the mounting bracket. The leg attachment design is obviously flawed — it’s just a small, weak bracket with two screws that cannot handle the weight and heat of the heavy spherical unit. For safety reasons, I requested a full set of four replacement legs. I contacted Panovue few times directly through their website, but I have received no response whatsoever. The fire pit is now unstable on three legs and poses a real safety risk of tipping over while in use with hot coals or fire. For a product advertised as “Heavy Duty,” this poor build quality and lack of customer support are unacceptable. I do not recommend this fire pit. Look for a more robustly built alternative with stronger leg supports. ... show more

We use the fire pit several times a week. It holds a ton of wood, and the smoke and embers are minimal. It was a little challenging putting together — watch the sharp edges! You really need two people to do it right.
