I recently set up a home gym in an extra room in my house. Boy, am I glad that I did since I save so much time driving to and from my old gym, not to mention having to battle the crowds. I'm still building out my equipment stack, so I thought I would give this a shot. I had seen commercials where people were using the ab roller. Even though it looked intimidating, I wanted to try it out since it's supposed to be highly effective at toning all muscles of the abs. That's why I ordered this tool, but I got so much more than anticipated! This is like an all-in-one home gym! It took a while to figure out how to use the bands and straps, but once I did, the sky was the limit. I did exercises for shoulders, chest, triceps, abs and glutes, all with this one nifty little pink bar! It enabled me to do exercises that I could previously only do at the gym using the weight machines. I am just beyond impressed with this handy little tool. I use it in conjunction with my barbells, dumbbells and bench. With all this in the privacy and comfort of my own home, who needs a gym?!

I'm super impressed with this exercise set! I'm a middle aged woman trying to get into shape and I seen this kit and loved how it had so many different exercise situations you could do with it. And the price was really good for everything. I believe when I ordered this was somewhere around $60 . Plus , hey it's PINK! I 💓 Pink! I've never had a formal trainer, and don't know too many exercises to start with, just the traditional exercises. So the poster this comes with , with theany different exercise to do with all the accessories with this, it is a awesome addition to this set! I use the poster every time I exercise honestly! Also , I've tried that ab wheel a bunch of times and just couldn't handle or do it. With the bar and the exercise bands, it's so much easier to do ( not in the sense of work, but like steadiness and balance) . I've already seen a difference in my waist ( it'd starting to get a small snatched in look) and I'm starting to " wiggle wiggle and jiggle jiggle " less lol! Absolutely worth the price! And is well made and comfortable to use! It also is very easy to pack away and store when done! Doesn't take up much space!

Forgive the shouting, I am simply trying to convey how excited my 21 year old son is at trying this pilates system out. He has been inspired to add a workout to his morning routine for the last several days and has numerous ways to work numerous parts of his body with it. It comes in this really small box which makes it seem like it would be cheaply constructed, but it is easy to assemble, sturdy in design and has a heft to it. He even loves the neon pink color. His only complaints are with the exercise guide, which offers many different exercises to try, but is almost pixelated in appearance making it hard to make out details. He also wished the parts were labeled as some of the straps are similar and easily mistaken for each other at first. He has already designed a work out for me focusing on mobility and endurance. Yeah, he did remember I picked this up to use myself. At least I know it will still be used when I forget to work out.
