The package arrived earlier than expected and I eagerly unwrapped it. All the parts were neatly stored in individual bags and boxes. The blue glass beads are very pretty and I love the way they look. You simply open the little door on the back, insert your propane tank, connect & turn on gas. Voila, turn the ignition dial and set to desired flame. Looks great on our patio and warms nicely. This unit is a bit taller than some others because it does hide the propane tank. That being said, it’s probably safer for kids. It’s edge is also narrow, so you can’t really set down a beverage as with some other designs. All things considered, I love this one and it suits our needs.

We absolutely love our new fire pit! I researched several fire pits before deciding on this one, and I'm so glad this is the one we purchased! The fire pit came packaged nicely. The glass stones were divided into 4 boxes that were placed in each corner to protect the fire pit. It arrived with no damage. The fire pit itself is metal and is sturdy but lightweight and easy to move. There is no assembly required, other than to insert a battery into the panel and to hook the propane tank up. The push to ignite button works great! This fire pit gives off a surprising amount of heat and we love that the height of the flame can be adjusted with the turn of the dial. It did not come with a cover included, though it said that one would be included. I loved that it came with the glass fire stones included too. Overall this is a wonderful purchase and well worth the money! We will spend many nights on our patio enjoying this fire pit!

Great fire pit. Works well and looks great. It did arrive with a couple minor scratches though. I wish it was a few inches shorter, but given the tank is stored inside, I'm guessing that is not possible.

We purchased this fire pit to go on our deck, it is perfect, and we love it. There is good heat, the flame does not go out with a little wind and I like the height, perfect for our setup. We had some major issues with the shipping company not delivering our fire pit and Bali customer service was great. The original fire pit was damaged due to delivery issues and Bali sent us new one no problem. They were easy to communicate with and we couldn't be happier with the product and company.

The media could not be loaded. I must say I was skeptical, and not anticipating much , BUT this fire pit was a total success!!! Came to us in perfect condition, with wind guard (I highly recommend) is awesome and the cover a must. 5 stars I feel in my situation!!! Family loves it !!! Easy to use , blows a lot of heat & warmth ! BRAVO

The firepit itself is well built and packaged with incredible care and effort. It works exactly as advertised. We've already enjoyed several hours of blissful blank-minded gazing into the flames. But the most incredible aspect is the customer service. In spite of the meticulous packaging, our first unit got a modest dent on the way to us. The representative I interacted with went out of their way to make sure things were made right. The Bali rep just went above and beyond and really did everything they possibly could to make sure we were happy. And we are.
