This blanket is a perfect solution for summer. It looks nice too. Our regular quilted fiberfill comforter was just a bit too sweaty--even with the air conditioner running at 68 F, and even though it is supposedly "all-season." This blanket has the waffle weave that is terrific. I found that weave super comfortable on my bathrobe. It works great on a blanket too. With this blanket, we can stay covered up, without getting too humid under the covers. The weight and weave is just right for letting moisture escape, and the pure cotton fiber does not make you too warm. The dimensions of the queen size version are generous. It's noticeably larger than our other comforter. So there is ample blanket to keep you well covered--and to avoid "blanket wars" that can happen when you try to share a smaller blanket with your partner. The stitching on the edges is neat and the rich burnt orange color we chose looks great. It is sort of a slightly darker terracotta color. The only thing that remains to be seen about this blanket, is how easy is it to make the bed with it. The perpendicular grid patterning requires a bit more attention than usual to keep it straight looking.

This waffle blanket is a big deal. It’s truly such a nice blanket and washed really well in the washer and dryer. Naturally there are shape changes in the top area because it’s a beautiful waffle blanket. I really don’t understand why anyone would complain about this awesome blanket. Obviously I highly recommend. :-)

I got this for summer use, but I’m thinking it will be a great year round blanket! I got queen size for queen bed and it fits great after washing and drying. I checked the lint screen about every 10 minutes, but the amount of lint did not seem excessive for a new blanket. I love the creamy beige color too!!

It’s perfect the only issue I had was it catches and pulls easily…so I now have a string hanging but that by no means it’s poor quality. I love it and will be getting another one or two. Works perfect for a summer blanket and I’ve put my quilt away. I need another color for 🏕️.

It is soft, light and breathable. It has enough heft to keep you warm when you need it, but you rarely overheat due to the natural fibers and loose waffle weave. We use one on the bed in Spring and Summer, and two in the Fall and Winter. The ones that are showing a bit of use and "cat love" (claws are murder on waffle weave) we use in our camper or donate to our local animal shelter who are always in need of soft blankets.

Usually these blankets run super small and barely cover the top of the bed. We got a king size for our queen bed based on past experiences but you don’t need to! These run true to size and the king will be huge on a queen. It’s lightweight and great for summer heat in the south. My only complaint is the dogs pick it very easily with their nails.

Can't say anything bad about this blanket - 100% soft cotton and durable. However, I will note that this blanket was much too large for our queen bed when it first arrived - it draped almost to the floor on each side. However, after a couple of wash and dry cycles it shrunk and is a perfect fit now.
