The Bali Outdoors fire pit (also described as a fire table) is excellent for creating an enjoyable outdoor atmosphere. It contributes to a warm environment on cool nights and we really like seeing the flames dancing across the blue stones. We’ve even used it to roast marshmallows for S’mores! We had an incident where high winds blew one of the tiles off the top and broke it. Bali Outdoors not only replaced the tile, they sent us a new matching set for a very reasonable price. Their support was outstanding.

The media could not be loaded. We bought this 32" fire pit on sale for $189. When we opened the box, we noticed that a lot of the packing inside was in pieces but all parts of the unit were fine. Assembly was easy and only needs 1 person. A 2nd person at the end is needed to turn unit upright. All tiles fit nicely, door opens/closes smoothly and correctly. Please check gas line connections for leaks before first use. Ours was a little loose and had a strong propane smell so had to go back and tighten connections. We like that the controls are inside the door out of view. Be careful opening the box with the fire glass. Use a knife to cut tape on all sides of the box. Carefully open this box as the glass is in a bag with one end unsealed. When I pulled the bag out from one end of the box, the glass poured out everywhere, made a big mess and glass chips and fine glass dust was spilled on the floor so you might want to put this box of glass on a plastic trash bag before opening to contain glass dust/bits. Once the glass was in place we were ready for the big reveal. It started right up BUT give it a few seconds for the gas to get through the gas line. The low setting was definitely enough for just the two of us but the high setting was a pretty high flame. I really like the 32" pit as it has a nice sized area around the pit to place drinks or small plates etc. A cover does not come with this unit but I knew this and ordered one the same day as the fire pit. We are extremely pleased with the overall look, the color of the tiles, and the black fire glass. Assembly instructions were easy to follow. Highly recommend this product. EDIT: We decided to add more glass so we bought 10lbs of 1/2" black mirrored pieces. These are bigger than what came with the fireplace but we mixed it with the 1/4" and we really love the look mixed together.

The GOOD - This fire pit stand looks great and puts out a good bit of heat. Many reviews complained about the unit (especially the ceramic tiles) being damaged in transit. Mine arrived without any dings and the ceramic tiles were intact. The BAD - The instructions could have definitely been more clear with better illustrations - especially regarding how to hookup the igniter controls. Labels on the wires would have been especially helpful. Too bad they weren't color coded to show which wires connected to each other and thereby avoiding the need to decipher the poorly written manual. The UGLY - I had to drill one of the holes in the tank support to make it properly align with the fitting in the leg. I'm somewhat handy with assembling "kits" such as this but it wasn't the worst I've ever had to do. That being said; I spent about 5 hours spread over 2 days to put this fire pit together. In addition - the igniter does not work and I have to use a lighter to get it started.

Love this , perfect size and the heating range goes from a nice low to a very high high which is nice to kind of warm everyone up , especially when it's super cold outside. Very modern and better looking than some of the other propane fire pits out there.

Great firepit for my covered patio. I've used it while entertaining guests and it just adds warmth to the immediate area and overall ambience. I use it in conjunction with my propane patio heater that I place in the corner if it is really cold outside. I have two sets of patio chairs. The typical upright patio chairs and the laid back "adirondack" chairs. If keeping warm is the priority depending on the weather, then I bring out the patio chairs so that I can be more upright and closer to the firepit to where I can feel the heat on my face and torso versus the reclined chairs I would use if the weather was a bit warmer. Assembly was simple with my cordless screwdriver. Just follow the instructions and read some of the reviews for assembly tips. The firepit itself isn't too heavy. When I need to move it, I slide it around my polished concrete patio. If I need to move it off the patio by myself, I remove the propane tank and the ceramic tiles which are thick and heavy but simple to remove. Then I can carry the firepit to wherever I need to. The included metal lid allows this firepit to do double duty as a table. I purchased a water resistant cover separately and it has helped it maintain it's appearance.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this in the early summer and after several months got the ambition to assemble it. I followed the instructions and it turned out perfect. (I’m a 58 yr old female btw) Several months later I had my daughter set up the propane tank for me because those things are too heavy. She flipped it right on and it is gorgeous. I don’t use it everyday but when I do so far it lights right up. It also arrived with all the necessary parts and nothing was damaged.
