The media could not be loaded. This fire table is a great deal in my opinion. For the price being under $300 and the ease of assembly, it’s a steal. I put this bad boy together in about ten minutes, with the help of my wife that is. Two people and this is cake to assemble. The glass wind shield took the same amount of time to assemble as the whole table lol. Either way this thing is built well and the heat output is great. The main thing I would tell people is read the instructions on the igniter. It walks you through step by step on how to light it properly. I saw a bunch of people say how their igniter was broken and maybe that was the case, but I think they just didn’t know how to ignite it properly and just assumed it was broken. It’s very simple, push the knob in and turn to low. While it’s still PUSHED in and on low, press the igniter at the same time and it will light. If this doesn’t work, read the instructions again and you should be good. If not, then just use a grill lighter and your gonna be cooking in no time. I would highly suggest this product to anyone looking for a simple assembly and a quality product.

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE REVIEW After visiting a relative who had purchased one of the units my wife and I decided to order one. It's extremely easy to assemble with dummy-proof instructions. Fired right up the first time and was everything we remembered from our previous encounter .... EXCEPT .... the cover (which is custom made to fit over and cover the entire unit) is a gawd-awful tannish beige color. The entire fireplace (sans the blue marble stones within the firepit) is coal black unlike the first one we saw which was also coal black. The aforementioned gawd-awful tannish beige color is disappointingly hideous, and we've contacted the mfg. to replace ours with the black cover that the other unit had. Other than that, we love the superior quality of materials and construction and have enjoyed numerous compliments. Unfortunately, the cover for the unit is ultimately a deal-breaker for us and it will be returned if we cannot get a black cover for the unit. This would be a solid 5-star review had the cover been a black one !!!

I recently purchased and have been completely thrilled with it. Assembly was easy and took me about 1 hour. What I love most is the design and good heat output. It creates a perfect atmosphere on our backyard and has become the centerpiece for our evening gatherings.

5 stars all around. I set it up in about 30 mins from opening the box, building it, and putting the cover on and had no issues. All parts plus extra. Wish the cover was black with no words on top, but it’s okay. We’ll see how it handles the rain. Seems nice and sturdy enough to withstand a few summers (fingers crossed). The ignition button was what I was nervous for as some reviews said theirs had issues, but it works just fine. Excited for late night summer bbq’s. I bought black glass for it instead because I didn’t like the bigger stones it had came with.

The media could not be loaded. Initially when I received the fire table the igniter was not working, which sounds like a somewhat common issue. I took the igniter out to try reversing the polarity of the wires, and in the process noticed that the label on the control board shows the battery being installed backwards (the actual batter 'cap' that unscrews shows the correct orientation). After installing the battery properly, the igniter still wouldn't run so I reached out to the seller and they were able to help get everything resolved. It turns out if you over-tighten the cap, the igniter will not fire. Backing it off one or two turns got it working. As for the table itself, it seems to be built well and looks excellent. It can put out a ton of heat which is very nice in the cool evenings or after stepping out of the hot tub.
