  • Easy to get a live person!
Nice table, won’t repeat what others have said. Took about an hour to unbox and assemble by myself. Had a question about assembly and quickly got a live person who guided me on how to properly complete the step. Not the highest quality, but we’re talking $300, not $1000+ which I was looking at. Looks and works great. Puts out more heat than expected. Very satisfied considering the price. ... show more

  • Not perfect (because of a surface blemish), but it still gets 5 stars.
Overall, I like my Bali Outdoor Fire Pit (rectangle, 42 x 24 x 24 inches, 60,000 BTUs). The flame looks great; it has height and length (thanks to rectangular shape of the fire ring) and can be dialed up or down. I didn't have an issue with the ignitor - everything worked on the first try. No issues with connecting the propane tank. If you have a propane grill, it's the same set-up. The fire pit serves my purposes: smallish, relatively inexpensive, decent flame height, stable, solid top to hold a cup of tea, and the height of the fire pit matches the height of my current deck chairs and bench. And, because I'm a square-ish guy, I wanted a rectangle fire ring as opposed to a circular fire ring. I'm not a DIY type so I wasn't looking forward to assembling the fire pit. The box was heavy and likely due to the ceramic tiles and the blue fire rocks. The fit pit, itself, is very light - think sturdy alloy steel, but definitely not heavy. For lack of a better description, think of it as a sturdy tin rectangular box. For the price, though, it was fine. I didn't have need for a fire pit worth thousands of dollars for the deck. I assembled the fire pit by myself and it took about 1.5 hrs. The instructions were straight-forward. All the nuts and bolts were shrink-wrapped (you'll need a Phillips screwdriver) so there were no loose screws floating around in the box. None of the ceramic tiles were broken, cracked, or chipped. There was an imperfection on the top near a corner; looked like a smudge/flaw inherent in the metal that should have been caught by quality assurance after it was manufactured. Not a deal-breaker, but when you buy these types of things online, you get what you pay for, and you have to cross your fingers. I usually expect something to be wrong. Sad, but that's the state of e-commerce. On the backend is shipping: with heavy boxes, you hope for the best. I watched the delivery guy haul the fire pit box out of his truck without much care with regard to handling. I'm surprised there wasn't severe damage, especially to the ceramic tiles. But the manufacturer does get credit: it was very well packed. (Just to be safe, I took photos of the shipping box, which had some exterior damage, and other photos, as I opened the box and surveyed the contents. All this in case I had to send it back.) I also ordered the Bali Outdoor Fire Pit Cover, khaki (42.2 L x 24.2 W x 22.8 H inch) - fits perfectly. And I ordered the GASPRO Fire Pit Wind Guard (Series 401/403 Fire Table, 29 x 13 Inch rectangular). The wind guard fits fine. It's heavy, which is a good thing, and assembly did take some effort. I live where it's windy so I'm not sure if the wind guard is all that successful. I like the heat from a fire pit and I don't yet know if the wind guard is blocking the heat. [When there is no wind, the flame looks great.] Lastly, I also purchased some white fire rocks to mix with the blue fire rocks that came with the fire pit. FYI: Once you unpack the fire pit, you will have LOTS of Styrofoam and recyclable cardboard. My floor was a mess, and you really should find a large area to assemble the fire pit. Makes the process go a lot faster. ... show more

  • Beautiful Bali Propane Fire Pit
The media could not be loaded. It took two of us about 1/2 hour including the enclosed glass. It was easy to assemble, and the glass rocks are beautiful. Exactly as described and nice addition to the deck, nice and warm to relax at night.

  • Love love love
First this shipped super fast. Second it only took about 30 minutes for my husband and I to put it together. The flame has two levels and both are great.

  • Great small fire table
This fire table is perfect for my space. I like that you can see over it while sitting in our wicker couch and chairs. It was easy to assemble. You definitely need 2 people for easy assembly. Some people were saying that there was not enough glass fire rock included in the packaging. I had plenty in mine. I did purchase another 10 pounds of rock because of the reviews but I did not need them. We assembled it, hooked the tank up to the fire table, put the battery in thr ignitor and walla!!! Fire. I have nothing bad to say about this table. We have used it twice so far and it is wonderful. I am going to buy a cover for it in my next Amazon purchase. There are so many fire tables to choose from out there. I am glad I picked this one. ... show more

  • Igniter failed right away!
This seemed like an amazing product for the money. Some difficulty putting together, some holes a little off. Not all that bad. Fired right up, great flame, good heat. But the second night we had it the igniter failed. What’s the point keeping if you have to manually light? Used tag sale $25 ok but not $300 plus. And the magnet that holds the door is crap design, comes out of its bracket when you open the door, attached to the door. Update, I asked them if they could send a new igniter unit. Would be a lot easier to change that than take apart & return to Amazon. They sent a new unit right away, I replaced it. It works great now. I modified the door lock magnet to stay in its place, seems to be working. They stood behind their product. Great customer support. Thank you! ... show more
