Received the patio heater and put it together, and just fired it up. It is easy to light, and seems to put out a impressive amount of heat. It is quiet, and the entire burner seems to light evenly with a nice flame. Most important, it seems safe to me. Commercial build quality, a couple of safety features!! This heater with a pilot light ignition is fantastic. It lights right away, then shut it off when you are done. Much easier to use and worth the extra money. Heater is not too heavy, so easy to move around on the built in wheels. Assembly is about 30-45 minutes and instructions are VERY good!!! We use this quite often and the heat area is wider than I thought so it's nice that you don't have to actually be sitting right under it! Very inexpensive compared to other heaters I had looked at. Might be buying another one for the other side of the patio area :) We truly enjoy this on the patio for morning coffee and in the evening for watching TV on the back porch or hanging out with friends

This is a great piece to keep my family and I warm in the fall and winter in our backyard. I it easy to setup and easy to move around. It fits the standard propane tank right inside the bottom unit. It is very warm and adjusts to our specific needs.

Glad we bought this for my nieces drive-by baby shower. It worked perfectly. We had to hold down the button to turn it on a little li get than we thought we needed too, but otherwise it was fine. The blue plastic protective coating was a bit of a pain to peal off of the circular shield part, but not too bad. All in all, I would definitely by this again. In fact I bought one for my niece to use in their backyard when entertaining. They love it.

Heater works well and looks great. Issues with the pole assembly. Where the two pieces connect the two screws do not secure the posts and cause the top tonrock back and forth. Very disappointing as I bought and assembled 2 for my parents.

Update: Customer service addressed the issue in a timely manner and made it right. I'm Pleased now! Thank you!! Would like to give more stars, but came dented straight out of the box. Looks pretty nice and is easy to move around. Recieved 4/2/2020 and would like to return, but we need it for 4/4/2020 so returning it is not an option this week. Would love to give 5 stars and will change to 5 star if a discount is given for damages or they send a new base cover. Have pictures as well.

We’re having a hard time getting it to light. It’s like the propane isn’t getting through. We’ve only used it twice and it took 30 mins to prime. Anyone else have this problem? Anyone have to return the heater. I’m not sure how that will work with online purchase. 12/16 - follow up. We figured out if we turned the knob past the point where it says “pilot” and primed it for 30 seconds or so we could get it to light. Not exactly perfect but we’ll take it. It’s nice once it lights

These heaters rock. They come packaged nice (I ordered 2) and nothing was damaged. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. The only problem I had is that the pilot position is the red dot, not the word pilot. That caused a 15 minute delay. They start right up and crank out the heat. They are quite easy to move with the wheels (you just have to have a unit with wheels). Looking forward to many nice evenings on the patio with these.
