Many complaints about bumpers falling apart... Mine did too. Other than that.. I think it's great - use the fryer constantly. Use the .44 in replacement bumpers. Would give it 4.5 stars, but not an option.

I can’t say how this really functions as an air fryer, as I have yet to get crispy sweet potato fries. To be fair I may have loaded too many in the air fryer. I can say that I use this with much success for just about everything else. I’ve used it almost every day, even a couple times a day for the past 8 months. I have cooked chicken breast, and steak in it to perfection. I have cooked frozen Brussels sprout to frozen Turkey meat balls in a matter of minutes. I use the reheat function everyday to heat left overs. I have even added a slice of left over pizza and it comes out perfect in like 3 minutes! Not even. Way better than a microwave! Never chewy or dry. I sometimes add a tablespoon or two of water when reheating meat so not to dry it out. A thawed chicken breast cooks in like 18 minutes. Best part is you don’t have to watch it cook. It beeps at the half way point to turn, but not a tragedy if you forget. Food still comes out good. I love that I don’t have to lug out and wash pots and pans, or use the oven or stand over the stove to cook. The non stick surface is great, and makes it super easy to wash. I cook for one so this may not be practical for a large family. Definitely ideal for a dorm or bachelor or couple. Saves lots time. I received this as a Xmas gift so can’t speak to seller or service, but the product I receive is great. Also you can completely control all the temps and time. Theirs even a bake option. I since purchased an instant pot and I think the chicken breast comes out better in the Bella Pro Air Fryer. The chicken in the instapot is more like for chicken soup, then on the side of garlic mashed cauliflower. ... show more

I enjoyed this until it suddenly started working. I cut up a white potato to make french fries. They were great. Then I cut up a sweet potato to make french-fried sweet potatoes, and there was no heat.

Got this as a gift. Worked great for about 3 weeks. Then the rubber gaskets on the tray broke apart and the finish on the floor of the fryer chipped off. Basket keeps getting stuck and extremely difficult to close. Manufacturer has no replacements available. My first experience with this brand. AND MY LAST! They do not stand behind their products. Tech Support will hang up on you if you keep asking "what?" Very cheaply made. Thank goodness Amazon has many more, WAY BETTER options. ... show more

This piece of junk cost me 49.95+ and gave me an electrical error the very first time I went to use it. Never worked once, company wouldn't honor their warranty. Kept giving me excuses why I wasn't sending them the information they needed which is also crap. Stopped even answering my messages when I told them their excuses were bull crap.
