But the turkey came out so tender and juicy. Not dry at all! I also cooked a couple casseroles in it. I love all the different settings and it’s very easy to use. I love the larger size. Eight quarts is great. I've used twice now, still figuring out buttons. So far pretty easy. French fries, and my veggies came out perfect. It's very quiet. I gave it a 4 star because when the air fryer initially starts it is like the fan is hitting something. Once it picks up speed the sound goes away and does what it is supposed to do. I love the size of it and love that I can cook all of my chicken at once instead of having to do one at a time like with my older one. I don't know why I waited so long to buy an air fryer. It is amazing. I haven't had it that long but have already made donuts which turned out great. I made a steak yesterday and it was the BEST steak I have ever tasted. It was tender, juicy and delicious. I never broil steak in the oven because it smells up the house for days and never turns out tender and juicy. With the upcoming summer heat, the air fryer is a nice alternative to turning on the oven. My only complaint is that it is noisy when running but that doesn't bother me at all. Bought this as a replacement for our old Bella air fryer. It had a dial that ended up cracking after a few years. We liked the quality and look since we had it for so long and used it a ton, but this new version is awful. The frame is bent and it’s very loud and it’s HUGE. We recently rented a place with the viral Costco air fryer and it’s unbelievable! Not sure what we’re going to do with this thing since we can’t return it! ... show more

First unit came in packaging, unused. However, the screen was scratched when received. Did a replacement and the new one seems fine. I have had a Bella air fryer pro series before, but needed to upgrade (accidentally melted it on the stove) I loved the old version, it lasted 5 years. Pros: It’s huge I love the stainless steel. It does its job Cons: Button structure is confusing at first It’s really loud I don’t like that it has to preheat. You need to stand around and wait for it, and then reinsert the basket for the timer to count down. Preheating is quick, but I prefer to throw my food in and forget about it. ... show more
