I've tried a couple of the big brand cordless vacuums and they all end in the same way, dead right after warranty expires. So I decided to give the less popular brands a chance and I will never go back to those overpriced brands. I was pleasantly surprised when this item arrived. The packaging looked premium and so did the vacuum. I had a get together at my house that same day and my friends immediately noticed the new vacuum and thought it was a premium brand - it looks very nice! Accessories: All met expectations. The charging cradle takes two screws to mount and it comes with the necessary anchors. I recommend you find a stud though so you don't have to worry about the cradle coming loose from regular use. It also comes with two suction accessories for crevices or couch and car cleaning. Charging: Convenient. The plug mounts directly onto the cradle so you don't have to mess with cables after it's plugged in and setup. You simply mount the vacuum in the cradle and it automatically start to charge. Battery life: Excellent! This thing last a while. I didn't purchase it for whole house cleaning, but so far I can vacuum the living room and kitchen without having to worry about my battery life. My wife and kids usually leave it to the side for the next use and, to date, it hasn't died on us from regular use. I like that the display has a circle light that tells you how much battery you have left. The battery can also be replaced if you want to purchase an extra battery for big jobs. Suction: Fantastic! I have tile so I don't need to set it to max suction. At the lowest setting, it is plenty of power for my use and it is also very quiet, which is a nice plus. At max setting you can certainly hear the expected vacuum motor, but it is not too bad (my opinion). Cleaning: Super easy. It has a trigger that is used to drop open and drop the canister. Taking the whole thing apart for a deep cleaning takes me less than a minute and just as long to put it back together. Nothing complicated. One thing I noticed is that the 2-year insurance isn't provided to all brands in Amazon, which I thought is an indication of the product quality. I was able to purchase insurance for this vacuum for a few more dollars and now I have something that will either last me 3-years or at a minimum will be repaired or replaced under warranty over the same time. For the price, worth it!

This vacuum is exceptional. It's incredibly lightweight, with a long reach that suits my tall frame perfectly. The click-in attachments for corners and dusting are so convenient, and the rechargeable battery offers great power. Plus, there's a handy stand for the attachments, making storage easy. It comes with one battery and an AC charging adapter, which is a plug and wire in one. The battery charges quickly, typically in just 2.5 hours, providing ample power to clean my entire home. In contrast, my old vacuum could only handle half, so this is a huge improvement. The vacuum also has three power levels, and I love using the stronger settings, especially when cleaning stairs with rugs on wooden steps. It does a fantastic job at picking up dog hair, with impressive suction that leaves no trace behind. Emptying the canister is a breeze. There's a second trigger to release the hatch, and the entire canister comes off with ease, allowing for quick removal of dust and hair. The design ensures that the dust stays trapped, so nothing escapes back into the air. Unlike my old bag vacuum, my home doesn't smell musty after use. Overall, I'm thrilled with this vacuum. It’s stylish, effective, lightweight, and holds a charge well, making it easier than ever to maintain a cleaner home.

Convenient, lightweight, good filtration system. overall, I'm happy with it. A couple of improvements suggested: It's easy to pull the dirt canister release trigger instead of the the ON trigger, hence dumping dust on the floor. However, once you do that, it's not likely to happen again. The battery only lasts 15 minutes on HIGH speed, but it does last 40 minutes on LOW speed, which works for a quick clean up of the kitchen floor. I have a couple of Miele vacuums so I am used to a higher suction power, but cord wrangling with the Mieles is a hassle when all you want is to pick up crumbs.

I bought this vacuum back in September 2023. In March 2024 it started to have an error and shut off on me, it wasn’t the air flow. I contacted customer service and they said it may be the battery, I had to order it from Amazon but once delivered they issued a refund. The battery didn’t fix the issue. So they sent me a new motor. That didn’t fix it, so I had 2 motors and 2 batteries and no working vacuum, but I do love this vacuum. I bought a different vacuum losing hope, and it does not do the job. So I continued with support, and they said if I order another vacuum,m from them they will issue a refund. So I got my new vacuum in the mail yesterday, and a refund today. I am happy to have a great vacuum again that works so well. With 4 small kids and a double coated dog I need a good vacuum. This works so well, great suction, great runtime. I was so happy that Luca from customer service was so accommodating. Definitely reach out if you are having any issues.

The media could not be loaded. Works really well and is easy to use to maintain. This version has a trigger to empty the debris and the same trigger releases the canister to clean the filter. Battery can be removed if needed without having to use a screwdriver to get out a tiny screw. The attachments seem to be well made and are also compatible with with other older units so I will actually be purchasing additional parts as they are much more affordable. Overall definitely worth getting.

I only use this to vacuum my bare floors in my kitchen and hallway which aren’t very dirty, and somehow it gets clogged. This happens at every use even though I take vacuum apart and clean it after using. It’s so frustrating because once it becomes clogged everything it sucked up falls back out when I turn it off. I bought it to pick up little things on a daily basis because I’m tired of sweeping, but honestly at this point sweeping is easier than using this vacuum. I kinda regret buying this because I was only able to use it about 5 times without it having any issues. Now it just sits in a corner collecting dust.
