This incredible punching bag has been a "hit" around our house since it arrived. It was supposed to be filled with water or sand at the bottom and came with professional weight gloves for practice. But with everyone taking turns using it indoors and outdoors its durability was proven as a stress reliever for all of us, a play hammer to hit each other with in the trampoline (which I heard about the fun afterwards), and as an actual practice kickboxing bag for one hit at a time. I'm short so this thing is super tall for me, and my daughter gets a really good workout with it. After a quick 3 minutes pulling it out and filling it up with air using the included electric air pump (super easy assembly by the way), this thing has taken hundreds of punches in a short period of time, and the gloves are comfortable and easy to punch with. It has made our lives better without taking up too much space in the house. This is a great value for the money and for children who were in Taekwondo, it helps them get a workout in until we get back to training again. Thank you for this awesome product.

Bought this for my son. He absolutely wears it out. Sturdy, easy to fill (even comes with air pump) and I filled it partially with water to hold it down. Highly recommended.

I would advise sand instead of water as water will make this mold. It has 2 air holes and it comes with a great electric pump! The material is extremely strong and durable so far! It also comes with gloves can fit my 250 6"4 husband and 15 year old 100 pound daughter so the gloves are like magic!

This bag really feels like you get what you pay for in that the quality and materials are good.... for their price point. The vinyl is pretty thick so it should have decent durability. The pump works well but is loud. Dimensionally it is a good size. The blow-up aspect doesn't give a realistic feel when striking the bag. The base is stable enough not to tip over but hitting the body feels a lot like punching a balloon. I wish they would have saved the low-quality gloves and maybe included a fillable core, so the bag has some heft to it like the base. If you are just trying to get a tempo-based workout there is some benefit to this but all-in-all, I would probably just double my budget and get a more solid option.
