This is much preferable to taking 2-3 large gelatin pills a day; however, it is more expensive. If I target 3 grams a day - this lasts me about 2 1/2 weeks. [Put in perspective] A lot cheaper than say a 6 domestic beer, but more expensive than your cheapest made-in-china pills. IMO, CLA really works in burning belly fat and controlling hunger. My snacking was virtually eliminated and the amounts of food I was eating went way down. I now get satiated 3/4 of a plate rather than eating everything + desert. I do recommend taking it with choline/inositol. Research the science, you'll need it to digest the fat properly and most in the US are deficient in choline.

I've tried this and the MCT Swirl Coconut oil from a friend and originally his preparation was great. Once I received the product via amazon, I chilled it and tried it unaltered. The taste was not horrible, however left an "itch" in the back of my throat and felt a little nauseous (unsure if it was caused by the product or something else). I tried it again, mixing it with my protein powders and milk along with other fruits and its a knock out punch. Easy to palate and does not stand out. Not a bad way of getting the nutrients that it claims it provides.

Very tasty. I don't get too many healthy fish like oils because I don't like seafood but after reading about the benefits of this supplement I decided to give it a try. I am going to update this review after I finish the bottle and see if it aided in weight loss (I'm on a healthy eating and exercise regimen).

I really believe this helps you burn fat/lose weight if you use it and exercise. I've used it before without exercising and I didn't loose any weight. I tried it again when I was exercising & still eating poorly & I lost weight. I love it & it tastes great. It tastes like an apple Jolly Rancher candy. YUM!
