Ordered on the 15th, received on the 20th, three days early. Packaging was amazing, quality is way more than I expected. I had a concern about pillows, was answered immediatly. My daughter and I put together, it was not hard, just used a lot of wrist movement getting the bolts tightened! Firepit started on the first try. I have searched and searched for a comparable set with the quality and price that this was being offered and nothing came close. It's been a long time since I've ordered a big item to have the customer service that I've had. Before I got the set, I was sent an email with all 8 tracking numbers, Amazon gives one. They also had a link for each piece of furniture showing how to assemble. After I received the packages I got another email, asking if everything was okay. had a little trouble putting it together and getting it all to line up when I put the lid (seating) piece on. Learned quickly that you need to leave all the screws on the base pretty loose so you can move them around to line up the lid and than go back and tighten them all down. Wait to put the bottom legs on until everything else is assembled. I got the 5 piece w/ firepit and it ended up being a little smaller than expected so we ordered 1 more piece for it at a higher cost than if I would have ordered the 6 piece to begin with. Take a little extra time to measure & get the right size the first time as it will save you $$ in the long run. Firepit was very easy to assemble and love it overall. ... show more

This was probably the best investment we made for an outdoor furniture that comes with a fire pit. The firepit and sofa look and feel exactly as described in the pics. I will be uploading my pics soon, but they do feel solid. Some of the cushions drop down, but I love the flexibility to move the cushions as needed, so its good that they are not stuck in place. I am yet to figure out how to use the lock clamps, but its not urgent, and will figure out how to lock the set together, but it all sits perfectly fine in my back yard. Highly recommended!!! I research a lot of patio furniture before we bought this one.. Great choice. You will not be disappointed. ( just make sure you place non-slip material under the cushions and you are all set. The furniture seems wonderful, well packaged, and very good quality materials. Also, the firepit is excellent. This is a quality product and was fairly easy for one person to assemble. It does take some time for one so if you have someone to help it shouldn't take you long at all. The quality of the chairs is very good, they seem very sturdy and it looks good. I agree with many here writing opinions, the cushions definitely need more padding or some other supplier of the memory foam. The "memory" is apparently long term as there are still butt prints from the guests I had over last night. ... show more

We went for a little more expensive model that what is widely available on amazon and it is obvious the construction of this furniture is very sturdy and will hold up to wear and tear. Did take a while to assemble but it wasn't hard, directions are easy to follow. The only thing that not everyone may not like is that the bottom seat cushions are somewhat firm, but this might take some breaking in. Overall very happy though. ... show more

Customer service was beyond amazing! I received an email from customer service the day after placing my order. They sent three YouTube links showing how to build furniture and fire table. They also sent me a free cover for the whole set. The furniture went together easily (do not tighten all screws until piece is put together). I used the provided allen wrench to start all the screws and then tightened with screw gun once each piece was built. Clips are provided to clip chair pieces together so they don't slide apart. We have BIG people in our family and these pieces are very sturdy and very comfortable! So very pleased with this purchase! ... show more

I purchased this furniture for my property in Florida. Since I won't be going there for a few months, I decided to put it together in case there were any problems. The quality of the pieces is extremely high and they are easy to assemble. I had the entire set done in a few hours. One of the corner seats had the wrong size piece included. I contacted the seller through Amazon and they responded immediately and said the company would send the correct piece right away.
