This thing is built very well with metal. There is a protective tube on the heating element which is nice. Even comes with a remote which I didn’t realize and is a nice feature. I would definitely recommend this heater! Very easy to use and a good value.

This baby delivers! 9 different settings for perfect temperature choice. I have a room thats 8x10 and this is all I need to keep it cozy. Its slim enough to hide in a corner and quiet enough that you dont even know its running. Great Item!

I wad really looking forward to having this heater for the outside cats. It arrived broken. The heating element has a glass tube covering it that was shattered before I opened toe box. I could hear loose pieces and didn't know what it was until I opened the box. I'll be returning it for a full refund.

I bought this heater when my old infrared heater died recently (unfortunately my old one is no longer available). This one heats up FAST. It’s also a little taller than my old one which is a plus. However the base is made out of cheap plastic which you have to screw in, and it feels flimsy and unstable. And though this is lightweight, it also looks and feels like thin, cheap metal. I have high doubts that the housing will endure the high level of heat that I prefer. I can see why an anti fire cage is necessary bc this thing feels like it could topple over with even the lightest vibration or breeze. My previous one was SOLID and the base was welded not screwed in :(

Love how you can adjust heat settings. Use it on my patio, puts out a fair amount of heat on lower setting, and if you turn it up, will keep you warm even when cold outside.
