The media could not be loaded. I was looking for a patio heater that was shorter than the 7.5' restaurant style heaters that stand tall and blow heat upward. I have a patio cover and will generally be seated on my patio. This is just the right height to look great with the flickering flame and provide heat to seated guests. The assembly instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Took about 30 minutes versus the 45 estimated in the instructions. The heat is moderate, so you'll need to sit close to it. If you have very cold nights I'd recommend going with another unit. This one looks great on and off and is well made.

I like this heater but one arrived with glass broke. Company did give me a $50 credit but didn’t get me new glass and now won’t respond. I have a useless heater brand new.

I never write reviews but this thing is a total mess, and after 2 hours assembling it I turned it on and it smells like a very bad burnt smell to it I had to turn it off not sure why but smells terrible when it lighting

Update - Jefull customer service sent a new part that was made correctly. After install we completed the assembly and fired the unit up. Looks and works really well. Wish they sold a water proof cover for this unit but have not been able to find one. Otherwise I have changed my rating to 4. ----------------------------------------------- Product arrived with no damage to the box or packaging. All parts were inside the box and looked to be good. Assembly is challenging as the expanded metal that goes around the flame tube is not formed well and needs to be stretched to assemble. (Not really round after assembled - more of a triangle) Our real problem occurred at the base part that holds the flame tube. This weldment was not made correctly and would have cracked the glass. I have a message into the seller, we'll see what they might do for us. For now - We wait.
