Didn’t know how many stars as review I should leave but read on my decision…… After receiving this to me awesome looking patioheater and started working on the assembly I soon noticed the poor quality this heater was in its totally. Well after about 20 min this thing was put together, great instruction I must say and they get 5 stars for that. Dropped a propane tank under there and tried to crank it on…….. tried to crank it on…….. and did I mention I tried to crank it on? Well…… it came on but I wouldn’t stay on. Did tried it for 45 min more and wasted almost a whole propane bottle on this and propane and cheap nowadays. After back and forward with the seller they promised me to send a whole new heating element, and at first a discount for $50 after another email they did promised me a additional $20 discount as I predicted this wasn’t a easy fix to remove the complete heating element out of this thing. A week later I received the parts and it took me somewhat 45 min out of my busy schedule to remove and instal it. Some bolts and screws weren’t the best quality so I had to replace those. But and I say but this time when I tried the crank on it worked, it been running now about 30 min, the heat isn’t as good as my 6 year old pyramid patio heater that I got for just $99 at HD. Overall somewhat happy as the look is nice and service was good no doubt. Overall heat kinda disappointed but I guess I keep looking for a better patio heater. Not sure if I should leave or put the old rusty one back. Long story short looks nice but not worth for what they sell it for. Maybe they follow through with the discount they promised me.

The heater was very well packaged. Since the temp has been in the 90's I haven't turned it on yet. I was very disappointed when I discovered after one rainy night the top enclosure started rusting and staining the stainless steel bottom. I bought a cover to hopefully prevent further problems. It looks nice but is quite bulky and the wheels don't provide any help in moving it.

Nice heater. We use it when we are sitting down in the evening and the heat is lower down and more comfortable than our old standup unit. Takes two to assemble but the instructions are complete and easy to follow. you may need to shim it steady as the auto shut off is touchy. Would buy again

There is a wire bracket that appears to secure the LP tank, but there no apparent way to attach it, nor directions.

Beyond disappointed in these heaters! I bought two of them for an up and coming event. Both my son and I started assembling them. He had ine and had one. As we got into our assembly we both ran into snags. My units base is bent with a crease in it that causes it to lean and almost tip (without the propane gas tank for added weight). The second unit my son was working on was missing the pre-installed female threaded screws in the heater defusers adapter. We had extra bolts in garage to make it work but disappointing nonetheless! The materials and construction or thin and hardware is junk! Not made for living in the water. Do Not Buy!!!!
