I've had muscle weakness problems which make it hard for me to climb stairs, step up onto a curb, and get up off the floor or even a low chair. I used a step bench in the Physical Therapy center and decided to get an affordable one for home. This one is sturdy, easily adjustable for three different heights, and portable enough to carry around or move to other spots without feeling flimsy. Deep and wide enough to easily fit your feet with room to spare so that you don't feel like you're going to accidentally fall off. It has helped my physical therapy routine immensely!

came lightening fast, less than 24 hrs, sent directly from the company. appreciate that it is longer than most (31" vs 27) and very sturdy. does not slip on floor. needs an easy firm push to add the risers. nice looking (can't have exercise stuff mess up my decor, LOL). note: no video, no instructions to put risers on (very intuitive). wish it came with a booklet of step exercises.
