My dog loves all of these rope toys, and plays fetch, tug of war, and even alone (supervised) play time with each of these. He is a lover of rope toys in general, but this was possibly the best combo toys I have ever purchased for him and have stood up to his aggressive chewing. Only one rope toy ended up shredded, and it was just the rope portion, the rubber part is still very much together. The ones with handles for tug of war are great, I just wish both of them had the rubber parts instead of just one. But not a major issue, just a matter of personal comfort. These are a great toy set for the heavy chewers and tough playing pups.

My boys are pretty intense chewers - most of the "indestructible" claims fall short for these two. While the ropes did inevitably unravel and get tossed, I am WILDLY impressed with the black "rubbery" parts. Nearly all of them are still fully intact, with no tearing or crumbling to worry about getting eaten. And the boys LOVE them even sans rope. They have their own toy chest, and always pick the black toys over most others.

I'm not sure that "aggressive" and "medium chewers" should be in the same sentence when describing this product. My Great Dane is only 7 months and tore these toys up. To be honest I misread something because i thought it said "indestructible" somewhere in the description, but it didn't. The rope with the rubber in the middle didn't last long, he shredded the rubber and completely thrashed the rope. The ring rope did last longer than the first one but he eventually chewed that one up and destroyed the rope as well and the third one well I just didn't give it to him because he would make a mess. The value is good because you get 3 toys for $17 or something like that, but if your dog is an aggressive chewer these would not be a good idea to purchase. I read another review titled something like "Not for dog over 50lbs" I would definitely agree. They do look nice and like I said the price is good for the 3 toys.

The bone that comes with this kit is sturdy and great for strong chewers. The tugs on the other hand were untied and shredded within about 2 hours of opening them. I tied a few back together to get them to last a little longer but overall not the strongest ropes. Overall decent buy however considering the bone has shown minimal wear and other bones I have bought in the past were demolished in a few weeks. Would buy again for the bone alone.

I would give zero stars if possible I do not normally leave reviews however I bought this item 2 days ago and did not realize that the toys were so small and because I have big dogs it would be a choking hazard so I went to return it, but apparently this seller only allows you about 30 seconds to realize you need a refund or they will not let you because apparently even though I bought it two days ago, I’m already out of my refund window. And just for anyone else looking to buy these toys are not very durable at all. They’re really only good for small size dogs who don’t have strong bites.

I got these along with a slew of other tryout toys and was so excited to have something for my now 8 mo Doberman/Rot mix. I did let my moms dog (a 6 yr old Bully have a couple because the amount of toys for the price is a great deal! They are rope toys so I thought monitored play should be fine, but wasn’t worried since they were for aggressive chewers. My pup adored the tug toy, it had to be her favorite. It also had to be taken away though because my mom’s older dog chewed through it after a trip to grandmas in a span of seconds and I do mean seconds on the second day. I don’t blame the company I’m pretty sure it was the flavor of another dogs saliva and play time. We kept the ball, tossed the strings and kept going. The real issue was when my pup ended up with the threads of one of the made for aggressive chewers toys and got two blockages and ended up requiring surgical intervention to save her life at the Emergency Vet with two days of ICU and then another two days of regular observation before coming back for. Again, Not the damage I would expect done to a puppy from a toy made for aggressive chewers. We watch toys carefully, and and remove them when they become a hazard and keep a close watch on her behavior. This time maybe it wasn’t fast enough but, I definitely don’t think these ropes are properly labeled the threads in the ropes are just as vulnerable as any other regular rope toy, you just make the braid thicker and In a special color scheme. The toys attached are definitely durable so I will absolutely give credit for that. I don’t recommend these to any aggressive chewers unless you only give the without the rope or you do super strict monitoring. I would say they would be more appropriate for a moderate to low chewer but that toy is TOUGH ( my terrior mix liked the little square, he isn’t a chewer, but he likes to be involved, it was a little too tough for him but he didn’t give up)
