    • Good console but...
This console is pretty nice. Good graphics and fast loading. I especially like the backwards compatibility. Your old PS4 games will run on this console. The controllers rock! Definitely recommend playing astro bot to check out all the new abilities the controllers are equipped with. It's a free game to download. Here's what I don't like. It's extremely big. Nearly twice the size of the PS4 pro I have. It's fans are loud, really loud. The disc drive is upside down. So you'll find yourself struggling not to smudge or scratch your discs when inserting them in the console. Weird I know. The internal memory upgrades are way expensive. Nearly $300 for 2tb. External drives won't work for PS5 games. If they say they will, don't trust it. All the other accessories are pretty expensive too. Like everything else, the prices keep rising. Gaming might be a rich person's hobby soon.😧 Last thing is to make sure you have a TV capable of running the console. It'll run on older tvs but with the price tag so high It doesn't seem worth the upgrade. At least not from a PS4 pro. ... show more

    • excellent condition, no issues with console or controller
My son LOVED receiving this for his 14th birthday, in pristine condition, nicely packaged, has functioned well. The only issue we had was that the cord that was included for the controller was only a charging cable and would not allow the controller to sync up during the initial set-up, but that was quickly remedied when Mom thought about swapping the cord out for her iPhone charger and disaster was averted! ... show more

    • Disappointing purchase.
It didn’t come in a box, just stuffed with paper. The hdmi cable didn’t work. The controller is messed up. The console is have trouble reading discs. All around unimpressed and sick that I spent that amount of money for something like this.

    • Great refurbished PS5!
I was honestly impressed with this refurbished PlayStation 5. It arrived very well packaged, looked almost brand new, and had no defects at all. Everything works perfectly and setup was easy. Great option if you want to save money without sacrificing quality.

    • Ps5 turns off once you load a game and screen keeps blinking on and off
DO NOT BUY… turns off after 3 minutes. I want my money back and I’m currently on the phone with Amazon customer service as I’m typing this review… this cost me almost $700 with tax and I work too hard for my money to be ripped off like this. I’m trying to attach a video to this review to prove my point but it’s giving an error message 😡 ... show more
