I just unboxed this robot vacuum today and I’m genuinely excited. First off, it’s stunning—super sleek, modern design with a premium matte finish that actually looks pretty sitting out. It doesn’t have that bulky, ugly “gadget” look that most robot vacuums have. It blends right into my home. The charging station is surprisingly compact and fits perfectly in my little nook by the kitchen. I was worried about finding a spot for it, but it tucks away neatly without being an eyesore. Setup was straightforward, and the app connected without any hassle. With five people and a hairy ass dog in the house, floors get messy fast. I’ve already nicknamed her Betty, and I haven’t even run my first full clean yet! I can already tell this is going to change my daily life. I’m really hoping to be super impressed with how well Betty handles the constant traffic and pet hair. No more dragging out the big vacuum every few days! If you want a robot vacuum that actually looks good in your space and seems well-built, I highly recommend this one. Will update after a few weeks of use, but so far I’m thrilled with my purchase! Highly recommend! 🏠✨ He extended warranty was hard to activate. It says I wasn’t giving the right Amazon order number.

The 2nd S9 pro I have purchased. 1 for downstairs, 1 for upstairs. I've had the first one for approx 1 year and it has had no real issues. I have 3 dogs and the first 3 runs all tge dog hair would clog the rollers and brush. Cleaned the bot a few times, and now that its caught up there are no more clogs. The maintenance supplies were a little hard to find at first on Amazon, but now that its been in production awhile its much easier to find. The mopping feature is basically, and wont scrub. It drags behind the vacuum and merely wets the floor. Still very good bot for the price.

I have another robot vacuum but it does not map the floor so it’s annoying to see it always bumping into my furniture. Really happy I upgraded to this one! The mapping is perfect and it cleans my whole apartment fairly quickly. I like that the remains empty itself and I can worry about it later. Was really easy to set up on my phone. I like that it makes little announcements if it needs assistance. So far it seems quite durable and I’m impressed. I do not have a pet but I have my own hair that sheds and this robot vacuum has been great at picking up everything. Highly recommend

*Review update* This dumb robot went down the stairs today and really messed up the floor on my landing and it scared my dogs. It did a good job avoiding the top step this whole time not sure what it's problem was. I'll find a different option down the road probably will put this thing in the garage or basement to clean up where it can't cause any more problems. ------- I wanted to get a mid-range robot mop/vacuum as the cheap ones don't mop and the expensive ones are very expensive. What I learned was that I do think paying more for a better cleaning robot is a good idea but this one is good for cleaning floors in areas that are not complicated. The main issue is the babysitting with the terrible app. This robot initially wowed me with it's ability to map the entire floor of my home! It color codes by room and you scan setup no-go areas manually. All that falls away when it seems like if the robot has any issue whatsoever it just deletes the entire map, your no-go areas, etc and it becomes a huge hassle setting it up. Speaking of issues this robot gets in a lot of trouble. It jams itself under shelves that it should just turn around from. It will parkour up angled coat rack legs and gets stuck. The little spinning whisking brush will just tangle up in dog toys, high pile carpet, etc like nobody's business. If you leave a charging cable on the ground it will try to eat it. I think if they programmed this damn thing to be a little less aggressive and just back off when things are not normal it'd save a lot of headaches. The mop function is lame. It's a very very small tank of water to refill and a separate moping plate you pop on to drag water around the floor. Not what I consider real mopping/cleaning. If you are mopping it can't really go on rugs but it sure tries to and it's not very efficient. You can set no-mop areas but they disappear with all the mapping problems in the app. The app also has terrible translations to English. The schedule option has the original 12pm cleaning I setup but it's gone now so it will always run at noon even if I set a new schedule. Good things are it empties itself (the dry bin), it does a good job of re-docking itself for charging, and the floor is very tidy now. I'll likely get a better brand in the future and retire this one to clean a part of the house with no mopping needed. All in all for what I paid it

There is no method to its madness. At first, I loved it now I realize there’s no way to pick a room for it to do the mop feature just drags water across the floor. This may be good for a smaller space as the battery life doesn’t last long.

Love this thing. I had a shark and this robot out cleans it 100%. It cleans in straight lines, has the ability to back up when needed, it’s quiet, and has longer bristles. The mop feature is ok. But at least it mops. And you can mark areas on the map where you don’t want it to mop, like spots you have area rugs. It is definitely worth the price I paid.
