Wow, this robo vac turned out better than I had hoped. What an improvement over older robots. I have all tile and hardwood floors with several area rugs and this vac adjusts automatically and cleans both well. The LIDAR navigation is quite something; it won't bump into things and always finds its way out of tight spaces without my help. And the Smart Life app is great.... it maps out your entire house and keeps it in memory, and you can watch on the app as it leaves lines as it cleans. You can also choose spot cleaning and specific rooms, and it returns to its base to empty the trash and recharge. The other feature I like is the ability to set up no-clean zones/areas where you don't want it going. It will not invade those spaces and that gives me peace of mind that when I set it to clean, I don't have to watch over it like I did with my older robot a few years ago. This one is smart....really smart. It has ample power and suction, and the mop function is quite amazing for light mopping. My condo has never been so clean, and now it's so easy. Winner product here, very impressed!

Worked great for maybe 2 months then would no longer use the dust collection feature. That was fine because I could still dump it but now the mopping feature no longer works. The device will still vacuum at this time but not sure how long that will last. Unfortunately I would buy another option.

EDIT! Changing to 5 stars. not sure how, but I messed with the app and now it cleans on schedule and I don't have battery issues anymore! Cleaning 4 times a day will drain the battery. twice a day it's a CHAMP! This little robot vac does a GREAT job on floors... As far as floors with a ton of dog hair... it CAN get clogged and not empty on its own. Easy to empty manually though. And vacuuming twice a day helps keep the dog hair to a minimum, so that may have been a "first time" thing. The fact that I can walk around barefoot in my home with two Great Pyrenees (who are outside a lot) is amazing. The battery isn't great. We have a 2300 sf house and it often can't do the whole house without going back to charge. It will go back to the base automatically so it's not a huge deal. Also, I have it scheduled to go twice a day, at 9am and 3pm, yet it seems to go whenever it feels like it... not a huge problem, just annoying sometimes. I don't want it buzzing around when I'm cooking dinner or when we are eating. I LOVE that it alerts my phone if it's hung up on something. So... it's not perfect but I would still recommend it!

I bought this as a gift. The recipient has not tried it with the mop function, but is appreciating the vacuum function. He says it does great under the beds and buffet. But do have to keep the pet hair clear from wrapping. He is running it almost daily.

Great little robot vacuum but...no replacement parts. As others have stated, replacement parts can't be found anywhere. The website has an ACESSORY link that shows the parts but there is no way to order them. Again, as stated by others, an internet search finds nothing. I will likely continue using it but if I can't buy replacement parts, I will likely replace it with a different brand that supplies replacement parts. A poor setup to supply a device with no replacement parts. ***UPDATE: After using this vac for the past month, more reason to avoid. It's ability to pick up dirt is subpar. My floors are all wood and this thing has trouble picking up the lightest of dirt. I have it set to vacuum every other day and in a house with 2 persons and 2 cats. The floors do not get that dirty but after a vacuum session, there is still dirt all over the floor, along with little balls of cat fur. Also, the roller gets clogged and fails very easily, requiring manual clean out before it will continue vacuuming. Occasionally it will get stuck, requiring picking it up and repositioning it but this is not a huge, continuous problem. I'm not all that familiar with vacuum suction but this unit, I believe, is 5000Pa and there are other units with around 20,000Pa that I would assume provide more vacuuming power. ***UPDATE #2: I finally found out why this vac won't pick up anything. The robot is full of dirt and debris and it is not being sucked into the base unit. I checked my bag in the base unit and it is completely empty. Now comes the task of disassembling the robot to find out what might be stuck causing it not to empty. This is complicated due to lack of documentation this thing comes with. The only thing it does come with is a setup quick-start sheet...nothing else. A web search doesn't provide any help either. The website only has the same quick-start quide for download. I'll be replacing this unit as soon as I can. UPDATE #3: OK, I figured out how to access the debris chamber on the robot. It was CLOGGED with hair and dirt. I removed all the gunk from the roller and cleared out the chamber. I placed it back on it's charging/waste base and ran a vacuum on the robot. The suction in the base was so strong, I couldn't even open the top. To access the chamber on the robot, you have to unsnap the roller housing with 2 small clips. Then the roller will come out, exposing the opening into the storage chamber. Reach in with your fingers and pull out the gunk. Then reinsert the roller and snap the housing back on. Now, I will see how the suction behaves on my next scheduled cleaning. I am upping my review to 3 stars as of now since cleaning it was not difficult at all and it does clean when chamber is not clogged.

Edit: I should give 0 stars. After 4 mos, the app is mediocre and the vac gets stuck in corners where it should be able to turn around? Just a total waste of money. Worst Amazon purchase I can remember! Still no replacement mop pads, etc. Vacuum is great, works on program and does a great job. But no replacement parts on their store, or in Amazon. None others that I searched will fit the measurements and shapes! So great vacuum for as long as the few extras they send will last. Then what? Should not be sold on Amazon without proper access to parts.
