The seat is nice. Assembly is easy and quick. The steamer doesn’t get as hot as my former sauna. The front and back zippers are cheap and come unzipped easily. The neck hole seems a bit large letting heat escape.

Was throughly enjoy this until it stopped working. I made sure it was not clogged and it still will steam for 10 seconds and then just keep turning on and off. So disappointing for something pricy that I’ve only had for a few months.

I’ve used this about 20 times and it has worked great so far. Easy to assemble and takes about 10 minutes for the pot to heat up. My chair broke after leaning back on it so be careful with it. I’m 5’10, 210 lbs and the chair is relatively comfortable but took some time getting used to it
