After using the sample piece for several months, I realized it was my favorite go-to piece of cookware, and purchased more pieces from the collection. These pans are awesome. They heat evenly (very evenly, even to the edges) and the clean up is amazing! Super easy with just a sponge, even if you've managed to burn something. The colors are great, and they are lightweight enough for everyday use. The handles can get hot if you use them from stove top to oven, but we just picked up some of those inexpensive silicon handle covers, and they fit all pieces perfectly. I was looking to replace a 2-3 year old copper pan that was completely worn out and I'd been wanting to try Ayesha Curry's cookware for awhile now. My husband felt sketchy about it and honestly did not think it would be that great, but for the price we decided to give it a shot. This pan it FANTASTIC! We use it at least 3-4 times every single day. We both fry up eggs every morning and we have used it for hamburgers and frying chicken as well - it has been a dream. After the first use, we realized we did not have to use the huge amounts of butter to coat the pan like we did on our old one. We just use a little and it coats the whole pan. No issues with sticking whatsoever and it pretty much just wipes clean with a paper towel. We will be looking to get the whole collection soon! ... show more

Very happy with this skillet, especially for $25. I use it mostly for eggs and it’s a champ at not letting eggs stick to the pan. I tried eggs without any butter or other oil, and eggs still slid right out. I run some hot water in the sink and wipe it out with a rag and it’s clean. Heats quickly and evenly, and really, it’s damn near perfect. The only complaint I have with it is that the handle is secured with two rivets that are exposed on the cooking side, and eggs tend to stick to them. It takes a minor bit of scrubbing to clean them off. On the plus side the handle is securely fastened, and it’s round shape fills the hand comfortably. I don’t like skillet handles that are flat, they’re annoying to the hand. I would buy another if I needed another skillet. ... show more

I needed to replace my nonstick frying pan as my old one was warped and was losing it coating. I did some research and this one got great reviews. I do love this pan. Food doesn't stick to the bottom, it's easy to clean and heats evenly. The only one thing I wish was different, I wish the bottom of the pan was larger so you could get more items in the pan. you can only fit two large chicken breast in it at a time and wish you could fit 3. ... show more

I was looking for a pan where eggs would not stick to the bottom.... FOUND IT. Best pans hands down. The handle does get a bit hot close to the pan but that's a small price to have perfect eggs.

This pan is amazing for about 6 months. Absolutely nothing sticks to it, including eggs and you don’t need oil to cook; however, you have to know you will need to replace this on a yearly basis. Even when using the correct heat utensils it does not hold up. This is the second pan I’ve owned and I’m on month 11 and need to replace it. ... show more

I have used many different non-pans and pots, but this one is the best so far. Other non-stick surfaces seem to wear off faster and build up crude making it useless. So far, Ayesha Curry's design resists crude from sticking and is easy to wash. I have no problem with cooking salmon without the skin sticking to the surface. The price is reasonable comparatively.
