Can the fan and the light be controlled separately with individual wall switches? We made of DC motor and is powered by a controller for both the fan and the light. And it is not possible to independently control the light/fan through wall switches. (NOTE that you can't connect the dimmer switch or the fan's gear switch) What should I do if I don't feel any breeze after turning on the fan? Check whether the fan is in reverse mode. Press the reverse button on the remote control once, and the fan will shut down and restart, entering forward mode. What can i do if some parts of ceiling fans with lights are damaged or lost during the transportation or installation? Pls reach out to the Ayaoty to obtain replacement parts. How to reset the ceiling fan and pair it to the remote/APP? 1. Reset: Turn off the wall switch that controls the power of the fan for about 5 seconds and then turn it on. 2. Re-pair: Hit the SETUP button on the remote/APP. 3. Try to use the remote/APP. Does the fan light have a memory function? Need to reset the light color/temperature, brightness, and speed each reboot? First choose the light brightness and color temperature you want, and set the fan speed. Then turn off the power by wall switch, turned on the power again, the light and the fan will maintain the previous settings.
