This is a godsend. It's very easy to use. I hook up my phone, play some music, and before I know it I'm done. It's comfortable to stand or sit on. Since getting this my lymphatic system drains better, my kidneys are working better, and my lower back doesn't hurt as bad. I only got three 10 min sessions in to give it a trial run. I did the standing (whole exercise), I did the sitting (posture 1) & I did press up posture but with my forearms (that's the one that sold me). I have many ailments from injuries in the Military & in civilian work: neck/shoulder injury, scoliosis from the Military, 3 different types of arthritis, degenerative disc & bone diseases- I can go on but I won't. Unless it is a really bad or great experience, I don't give feedback, the quality is decent, the size isn't atrocious, it's fun to use & see how it works on different parts of the body & the circulation is remarkable & I intend on using daily along with my diet & exercise! I have been to PT & dealt with a family friend who did chiropractic work- NOTHING for a few decades now worked to my neck/shoulder injury. I used this for just 20 minutes in the press up posture using my forearms vs my hands & I cried happy tears- the pain started eleviating! Obviously, it's not going to happen overnight, but I am now so hopeful this will be my saving grace! Very happy I decided to give it a go & purchase!

I love this vibration plate — it works great! Just one important heads-up: the Bluetooth connection is completely open, so anyone nearby can connect without permission. I was in the next room when I suddenly heard, “You are now connected to Bluetooth,” followed by a random guy from the neighborhood speaking through it. That’s when I realized it also functions as a Bluetooth speaker. To prevent this, you’ll need to unplug it when not in use, or people nearby can easily connect. This vibration plate is great! I would recommend starting slow and building, I started with 5 minutes and worked my way up to 10. I’m 23, work on my feet all day long. I bought this to see if it would help make my feet feel better. After 2 weeks of using daily I’ve noticed my feet don’t hurt and are less swollen, my whole body feels less “puffy” probably due to lymphatic drainage, and muscles getting a little more toned. I am already slim but this has definitely helped me to lose some water weight I was retaining. I didn’t even know it had a bluetooth speaker until a week after use, which was a cool surprise. Only thing I’d say is listen to your body. Don’t use too high of a speed and don’t overdue it. I was standing straight legged for the first couple days and had some discomfort on my knees. Started standing with a bend in my knees and that went away. I think this is a great product, especially if you don’t have a lot of time to workout and move your body.
