I was so excited to get this that I unboxed it as soon as it arrived! works perfectly, easy to use and really made my muscles feel better after my work out today. The vibration plate is very easy to use. I love that I can connect my phone and play music. It is not loud, however it does vibrate the floor so if you have downstairs neighbors i’d take that into consideration. It has many speed settings, I suggest starting low if you have poor circulation as it gets the blood flowing and can make you itchy. The vibration plate can be a little heavy to lift but it does not move when in use due to the weight of it. I think it is great to improve circulation and tone up your body. When you get off you will feel as though you ran a marathon without actually running and you don’t feel winded.

Straight out of the box it works amazing. I have lymphedema and arthritis really bad. This vibration plate instantly brought so much relief. This came easy with shipping, packaged as advertised and works amazing. Full or just legs, I know I’m getting health benefits. The only complaint I have is it didn’t come with the remote it was supposed to have so I just use my toes. But what I get out of this machine is far more important. I have better balance, it’s versatile in the types of workouts you can do and it’s easy to use. If you want to add simplicity for the whole body to better relax with low impact on joints then get one of these. It will be a huge weight off your mind and your body.

Okay, I wasn’t so sure about this before I bought it, but I was interested in seeing if it would work- now I don’t go a day without using it at least 10-15 minutes! Yes, this works for lymphatic drainage. The telltale sign that it does, is that until your body is use to it, you may notice your skin feeling itchy! That is your lymphatic drainage system at work! The rapid movements stimulate nerves, increase blood and lymphatic circulation to the skin! And your body releases a small amount of histamine in response- which makes you feel itchy. Eventually you will build up a tolerance after repeated use! I got my mom using this and she started with 1 minute, then 5, until she built up that tolerance. So start slow and you should be fine- obviously in the rare case that you develop hives or the itching doesn’t seem to lessen with use- then I wouldn’t recommend continuing. After some research, that seems rare. Also- I did NOT buy this for any kind of skin tightening or cellulite reducing reasons- but I swear IT FIRMED MY LEGS?! I had stopped working out for like 6 months prior to buying this and started using this about a week after I got back to a regular workout routine and it was crazy how much quicker my legs seemed to firm. I wasn’t looking for or expecting that result. Just a happy bonus. Another bonus- MUSCLE RECOVERY. Another reason I don’t skip using daily is I feel it keeps my muscles relaxed and I’m not as sore after workouts as I would be if I didn’t use it. Other bonuses: -improved balance -a decent massager (sit down in front and rest your legs on it and ya got a good calf massager!) - Remote included: manually adjustable settings, 5 program options to save settings for next time, time settings, and quick-click buttons of low, medium, and high intensity. Overall, I’d say this is a quality purchase! Drawbacks: - Bulky (it’s a vibration plate though, so what do you expect). -Could be sturdier, but for the price I’m impressed! -Some might say it’s slightly noisy but I don’t think it’s that bad. I usually pop on an audio book/podcast/show and enjoy getting caught up while relaxing!

This vibration pad is a game changer! I have a ridiculous about of body pain and fatigue on a daily basis. A friend had a vibration pad that she got for200.00, It was great, but pricey. I did my research and this plate is the best bag for your buck in my opinion. Pros: *Plate is sturdy and well built. Max weight we texted is 260 lbs. with no issues or lagging in vibration. *Bluetooth speakers work great and you can listen to an audiobook or music over the vibrating noise. *The noise level is not loud. My husband asked if I could feel or hear it from the other room and I couldn’t. *Speed levels are great for the type of feels you are going for. Low for relaxing and higher for workouts. Cons: *I am not in love with the no slip grip that is on the surface. IMO the nodes need to be rounded off and not a raised that high and sharp to bare feet. You have to wear thick socks if you are tender footed. I have tried both ways and although it’s not painful, I just don’t prefer it.

I’m not sure how to describe. I like this machine. A lot. The vibrations help my knees, lower back, and hips so much. Loosens and releases them. Really helps with the pain of them being locked up. Helps a lot with swelling in legs and even belly. I suffer from chronic constipation and this helps get things moving! I can do squats while on machine and it doesn’t hurt my knees! It’s built great and can do several different exercises on it but I really like standing and slowly moving on it so if vibrates through my whole body including my shoulders. Highly recommend

Really good product! Sturdy. A little heavy to move but seems to be made well. I put under my desk at work to help with circulation since I sit all day long. Took some getting used to because it feels strange at first and does jar you quite a bit. Later it feels better like being in a massage chair at the nail place. Highly recommend. Look forward to seeing the long term benefits. Also love the arm bands that come with it. Can even use while at desk working and dialing away! :)

I bought because of a variety of health issues one being major circulation issues/ swelling and pain in my legs and feet. I’m on dialysis too so it’s hard to tell which ones worse at the moment but I also suffer with chronic muscle spasms and soreness and being woken up by Charlie horses that I’ve been dealing with for almost 30 years! This machine I’m using twice a day once while sitting on the couch at night for ten minutes and once while standing for ten minutes and I can honestly say after not even a week that I’m seeing improvement. Mu girlfriend told me about this type of machine but i went with this bigger unit I’m writing the review on Mi bought the pink one and it has so many different options and even has Bluetooth which is funny 😄 I also bought the exercise routine cards that work different areas of my body that I plan to work my way up too Definitely a great way to wake up my muscles and legs and pray it keeps working better and better the longer I keep using On a funny note my dogs think it’s funny when I use the machine and make noises while it’s moving haha
