I just found out about this sort of thing from Nick at good lion. I immediately got on and found this. It was delivered the next day, even though I live way out in the sticks. Wowza I did 10 minutes on this as soon as I got it. It definitely going to get things moving. It was packaged nice and I opened up, put the cord on, plugged right in. I put batteries in the remote and it worked just fine. It has a blue tooth speaker which doesn't sound too bad. I read over the directions then put some tennis shoes on. It was definitely shaking my muffin top lol my legs looked like I just ran for my life. We'll see what happens I'll keep doing it. ... show more

This is my first vibrating plate. I like this product. I wish that the remote would work better. I can only get it to work if i put the remote directly nearly touching the unit, resulting in disrupting my workout to be able the change the settings throughout the exercising. I wish that the elastic bands that come with it were longer. I’m 5 feet yet the bands are still small/short for me to be able to work on my arms. Other than that it’s a decent product. Also, I cannot workout one leg at the time if standing up on the unit. Standing on one leg causes unit to go off balance and the suction cup lift off the floor. I only weight 125 pounds. I love this thing. At first it makes you itch a lot. Read it was because of blood circulation which is normal. After getting used to it you don’t itch as much. My digestive issues have gotten a lot better since I’ve been doing this morning and night before bed. It very much helps me sleep.
