I've had this for a few months now. I gave away my stand up one because the handles got so wobbly that I didn't want to keep using it. I put this one right on my desk chair with a hard flat base under it and literally sit on it while I'm at my computer. I turn it on a few times a day, and it truly helps with getting things to move, lymph drainage, and even a little muscle loosening. I thought it might not be so great since it's not the expensive brands, but I feel it works great. Highly recommend. A++***

Where I work I sit most of the time and I'm so grateful they let me bring this into work to put in my cubicle. I have an adjustable height desk and when I have meetings or videos I have to watch, I raise my desk so I can stand with this and have it on. My job can be quite stressful and being on this thing for 10 minutes seems to help reset my body that can be all stiff. I have a different brand at home that is larger, which would've been too large for me to take to work. This mini is a GREAT and perfect size for my cubicle. It is quiet. Although, some people are intrigued to see why I'm vibrating and they find it funny. I've offered if my colleagues feel stressed, they can use this too. I'd seen these vibrating pads before and thought they were bunk. I don't know about weight loss or pain management, but for me, this feels like a Ctrl Alt Delete for stress and anxiety built up in my body. It shakes it out and then I'm good to work again. It's my goal to be on this or the one at home at least once a day, but on work days, I'd like to work up to doing this maybe 2-4 times during the day. I am so grateful for this mini vibration pad, too. The size is wonderful.

Full disclosure: I had to return this, without ever having used it. I bought this because I was having some extreme sciatica pain. I previously had 'flare ups' and was going to physical therapy for them, but then one day an extreme pain started. A special PT session did nothing. A massage helped a bit, for that day only, and then the pain started right up again. The massage tech told me that a vibration pad might help, because: 'when muscles are confused by the vibration, they relax.' Since my leg/bum pain was accompanied by tight, unable-to-relax muscles, and because I was desperate, I bought this. It looks great, well-built, and stable. I did some research on vibration pads after I bought it (looking for positive results from people), and it seems that vibration pads can *cause* sciatica. No way am I stepping on this thing, I'm afraid it will worsen my condition.
