I'm really glad we bought the AXV Vibration Plate Exercise Machine Whole Body Workout Vibrate Fitness Platform and at the price of $94 on sale. We've used it daily since we got it and love it. You have to start where you can and work your way up to 14 minutes as your legs will itch like crazy when you start. We haven't noticed a huge difference in the levels so we just keep it at Level 1 which does the trick anyway. It is super easy to set up, just get it out the of box and place it on the floor, then sync the remote and go to town. I do see a difference in the fluid levels in my legs from the first day. I dry brush before then go for a 10 minute shake. You can move your body around as you shake to get things moving in different areas. My husband who doesn't really need it for lymph fluid issues started using it too and loves how it makes his legs feel. It doesn't take up a lot of space and is easy to move around. I'm going to start doing squats on it this week for an extra workout. Great home medical/fitness product for a great price. ... show more

I am not sure what this really does. I need to research it more. I only use it for 5 or 6 min. on lowest setting. It was highly recommended by a good friend. I will use it more to see the benefit. For now though it is good. It's hard to look at the remote when you are jiggling so that is why I gave it 4 stars. I need more info about it! ... show more

Honestly I bought this cause I was being lazy. My roller derby team has a 2 month off season in the winter, I work an office job and not having my usual workout (plus holiday calories) was taking a toll on my jeans! I was about to give up and find a temp gym membership when I injured my shoulder! I'd heard the science behind using a vibration plate and my brain said, that sounds easy. It is, if you want it to be. But it doesn't have to be! Once I read the manual and did some extra research, I found that I didn't just have to sit or stand - I could do a whole workout using it! I eased into it starting on the lower settings and starting out sitting on a chair with my feet on it. I wondered if I would feel sore after using, but I didn't! I felt energized and looked forward to trying it again, trying out different positions and settings. On the days I don't use it, I feel it! And when I do, even after 10-15 only, I feel pretty great. One of the biggest differences I noticed since adding this to my daily routine was that after practices revamped this month, instead of feeling practically dysfunctional due to excessive soreness, I had minimal discomfort after 3 hour practices and scrimmages, just using it for 10 minutes when I get home from the rink. It's now the thing that I look forward to when I get home! I think the size of it is nice- I was thinking it was going to be a little bigger and heavier and honestly, as a thick and curvy & made for derby girl, I was hesitant about standing on it with my full weight at first. But now, I have zero hesitation to do squats or work out moves while using it. I like the fact that it comes with programs - it was easy to try out the different speeds and intensities and find the ones I like. It's a little loud and it shakes my dresser a bit on the higher settings but not to the point that it's disruptive to anyone in my house, but I usually have the TV or music on and I am on the ground level of my home. If you're on the fence about trying this, go for it! It's such a simple thing you can add to your day that can make such a huge difference! ... show more
