I've had this for a couple of months now. I got it because I'd heard that vibration plates could be helpful with lymphedema. Honestly, I was skeptical, but this one was priced more reasonably that a lot of them, so I decided to try it. I started out using it for 10 minutes on the lowest setting, once a day, just sitting in a chair with my feet on it. Then I went up to 10 minutes twice a day, still just sitting with my feet on it. I'm still on the lowest setting, which is pretty strong by the way. The swelling in my feet has totally gone down. I had been wearing compression garments, which only work when you're wearing them. But this machine, using it as little as I have been, is making more of a difference than anything else I have tried. I know it has other uses, but I since I'm only using it for this one thing, that's all I can really comment on. Totally happy that I bought this! ... show more

There are so many choices for vibration plates and so many features to choose from. I wanted a quality product that would support lymph drainage, but didn’t want to pay a couple hundred for it. I was skeptical of all the choices in this price range, but decided to just go for one that had decent reviews. I absolutely love it. I have it plugged in under my desk and use it several times a day. After the first day, I could tell a difference in the swelling in my feet and ankles. After day three, I have not experienced any more swelling at all. The programs are great. Every minute, the speed of the vibration changes, and there are quite a few programs to choose from. I’ve not used the manual setting. The remote is perfect. I leave the hard switch on the back turned on, and use the power and program buttons on the remote to turn it on and choose which program I want. One drawback, although just a slight one, I have it sitting on a smooth vinyl wood floor. The suction cups on the right side don’t seem to work well anymore and I do have to shift the machine during the program. But then, I am sitting in my desk chair when using it, so I’m always slightly pushing it forward, so I suppose that is to be expected. Overall, I love it. ... show more

I bought another version from another company in 2017 which still works great. However sometimes after a long day I'm too tired to go downstairs to use it. Plus it has the stand around it & I wanted one were I could do various exercises that the frame around it prohibits. In 2017 there was almost no research on the benefits of whole body vibration. There is much more info available now & it's all good. This one has a much smaller footprint & it's next to my bed so that no matter how long my day, I use it every night. It helps me sleep like a log! BTW, I also use it every morning. I'm 78 & I LOVE this. My muscles are getting a great workout & I can feel it during & after. Can't say that about my old one! I don't notice the difference between programs on this one but I haven't tried all of them yet. We shall see... ... show more

I just recently used it, so I don't know the results yet, but it's very powerful and quiet. At level 1, it shakes like crazy. You can feel the feet, legs, and body itching up and getting hot. Because I have not exercised for so long, it makes my body very itchy due to vessel dilations. But after that, my body didn't itch anymore. I tore my ACL and bilateral meniscus’s. I’m having surgery Aug 9. I remembered using this at the chiropractor office years ago so help get my hips maintain position post adjustment. My PT gave me exercises to do prior to ACL surgery and I’ve been working with this little machine and it really helps. Idk if it pushes out the inflammation, breaks up adhesions, or the vibration helps strengthen the small joint intrinsic muscles, but it really makes a difference. My knee doesn’t hurt, it’s no longer swollen and my back feels better. I use it daily before stretching. Can’t recommend enough!!! ... show more
