Straight out of the box it works amazing. I have lymphedema and arthritis really bad. This vibration plate instantly brought so much relief. This came easy with shipping, packaged as advertised and works amazing. Full or just legs, I know I’m getting health benefits. The only complaint I have is it didn’t come with the remote it was supposed to have so I just use my toes. But what I get out of this machine is far more important. I have better balance, it’s versatile in the types of workouts you can do and it’s easy to use. Okay, I wasn’t so sure about this before I bought it, but I was interested in seeing if it would work- now I don’t go a day without using it at least 10-15 minutes! Yes, this works for lymphatic drainage. The telltale sign that it does, is that until your body is use to it, you may notice your skin feeling itchy! That is your lymphatic drainage system at work! The rapid movements stimulate nerves, increase blood and lymphatic circulation to the skin! And your body releases a small amount of histamine in response- which makes you feel itchy. Eventually you will build up a tolerance after repeated use! I got my mom using this and she started with 1 minute, then 5, until she built up that tolerance. So start slow and you should be fine- obviously in the rare case that you develop hives or the itching doesn’t seem to lessen with use- then I wouldn’t recommend continuing. After some research, that seems rare. Also- I did NOT buy this for any kind of skin tightening or cellulite reducing reasons- but I swear IT FIRMED MY LEGS?! I had stopped working out for like 6 months prior to buying this and started using this about a week after I got back to a regular workout routine and it was crazy how much quicker my legs seemed to firm. I wasn’t looking for or expecting that result. Just a happy bonus. Another bonus- MUSCLE RECOVERY. Another reason I don’t skip using daily is I feel it keeps my muscles relaxed and I’m not as sore after workouts as I would be if I didn’t use it. Other bonuses: -improved balance -a decent massager (sit down in front and rest your legs on it and ya got a good calf massager!) - Remote included: manually adjustable settings, 5 program options to save settings for next time, time settings, and quick-click buttons of low, medium, and high intensity. Overall, I’d say this is a quality purchase! Drawbacks: - Bulky (it’s a vibration plate though, so what do you expect). -Could be sturdier, but for the price I’m impressed! -Some might say it’s slightly noisy but I don’t think it’s that bad.     • Worth the investment
I wanted to wait a month before giving my review. I suffer from chronic fatigue, osteoarthritis, plantar fasciitis, and knee pain. I saw this vibrating platform machine, that also does lymphatic drainage. I had no idea what lymphatic drainage was or do. I purchased it to shake my body using vibrations as a health alternative, since I can't jog, ride a bike, do yoga, or go swimming. I was cautious and had concern with all that vibration, to be standing on the machine for 10 minutes, that I would fall, my knees would buckle, lose my balance have some sort of motion sickness, or hurt my feet. It never happened. Level 1 to start for 10 minutes, has been ideal for me, and equivalent to 1 hour bike ride. I place the platform to be in view of the TV, to watch whatever program and haven't even notice, I've been standing with my entire body vibrating for 10 minutes. One advice, wear thick or furry socks, or thin sole beach style flip-flops when on the platform, because using this machine barefoot does hurt due to the vibrating bumps/ridges rubbing against the bottom of your bare feet. I initially used thick sole flip-flops which was OK. But, once I replaced it with the thin-sole or with thick socks, you can really feel that vibration work throughout your body. Another advice to share, the first 3 days I started using this machine, I got terrible itchiness on my lower back, thighs, legs and left ankle. I was worried something wrong was happening. I Google this and found it is a normal response by forcing the blood to flow to the extremities and other parts of body, as well as, the blood vessels dilate to remove toxins and fluids (known as lymphatic drainage). The increased blood flow and lymphatic drainage is what causes the body to be itchy. This itchiness is a sign that the blood and oxygen flow is actively circulating within the body, and also help break down fat. By day 3, the itchy side effect disappeared, and continued using the vibrating platform, every single day. During the first 2 days, when the machine stopped and I dismounted to the floor, my legs felt a bit wobbly, my knees felt weak, and had a bit of a challenge walking with my feet. By day 4, things was back to normal, except my knees. It was manageable, not a red flag. One month later, my knees are improving and feel better. Overall, I am no longer feeling as fatigue as before, and able to be more ambulatory. Not 100%, more like 50% improvement. Works well, can't say it has helped with weight loss because I've only been using a few days. I use it after hiking when my body starts to really stiffen up. Definitely made a difference that way. There is one glaring flaw. You can't lock the screen. One of the shown exercises is sitting on the plate with your back straight. Except your foot touches the screen and turns it off or changes it. Needs a lock screen button! Will try to update later after using longer ... show more

Definitely a good work out helps with circulation and back pain once you get used to using it a little heavier than I expected it’s small so easy to store.
