Just WOW! Six 10-minute sessions toned my legs (I have osteoarthritis of the hip) to the point where "my legs are now in charge"!! I'm more confident in my walk, and no longer walk in a shaky manner. I frankly did not know what to expect, but, like I said, after six 10-minute sessions, the entire leg toning was a pleasant surprise. I didn't think I would walk normally again, so I'm grateful for this little machine. One reviewer said she tried the more expensive model, then tried the less expensive one, and she couldn't tell the difference. I took a chance with the less expensive model, and I'm soooo glad I did! These machines are wonderful *if you get a good one*. Mine recently starting having issues and was wobbling/felt unstable. I gently lowered it to the ground and the missing screws in the attached photo were hanging out/fell out of the base. They are all stripped,so I can't put them back in and since this is pre-assembled you can't even try to open it to see what's wrong with the inside. I have been in contact with the seller numerous times and submitted photos, including the one above. They are claiming that the screws that fell out from underneath the base (that again, came pre-assembled) is not a manufacturer defect and was caused by tugging on them. It literally defies logic to claim that we could somehow be tugging on screws underneath the machine. This is a copy/paste of the final email I received from the seller: "Thank you for patience. My technician pulled a unit, and saw the photo. It seems as though the screws may have been tugged somehow causing them to fall off. Unfortunately, this is not considered a manufacturer's defect. If you like to purchase just the base, we can offer it for $80. It would be an open boxed item, so it can have small cracks or gouges. We again apologize." WOW. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The vibration exercise platform was delivered very promptly and was put together in less than 45 minutes with the tools provided. (allen wrenches). We were able to plug it into an outlet and start exercising right away. We are very pleased and my wife is the one needing this platform due to her MS and not having much mobility, but we hope it helps her circulation and bone density stats.     • Did a head to head test with the Zaaz
By all measures the Zaaz is a better machine. The quality of the build, the intensity of the vibration, the variability of the vibration settings, the range of presets, the look, the floor foot print all favor the Zaaz. But with all that being said for the price this machine does the job very well. I am 6'2" 180lbs(noted for reference only) and this does a great job for me from hips down. I use it for 20-30 minutes a day while I stretch or watch a video with my son. I have less knee and hip pain and my chronic calf cramping is easier to manage. Long story short is if you really want to deep dive into the world of whole body vibration, especially if you will use it for paying clients, get the Zaaz. BUT if you want it for daily personal use, buy the Axis. It is well worth the $215 it is currently priced at. ... show more

As of this writing, I've only had this thing for two days, but so far it seems to be a great little machine for the money. It arrives in a heavy, HUGE box -- about 5 ft. x 3 ft. x 1 ft. -- so get some help dragging it into the house if you don't think you can manage on your own. Everything inside was intact. Much of the hardware (nuts, bolts, washers) are pre-installed into their holes, so a lot of the assembly time is spent backing them out first. Even at that, I assembled this by myself in 45 minutes, while my husband excused himself to go for a walk… :D Installation tools are included, and the instructions, though not the best I've ever seen, are adequate for most folks. Once assembled, with all nuts tightened down, it was sturdy and solid. There are little wheels on the bottom so you can tilt and move it easily. If you are tall, you may be disappointed in the height of the handles (which from what I read is a common complaint among vibration machines), but they are perfect for my 5'4" frame. There are three pre-programmed cycles, and a program to figure your BMI. Or just climb aboard, turn it on, and set the speed however fast you want. Even at high speeds, it's fairly quiet, which is a plus if you want to watch TV or listen to music while you jiggle. And you will jiggle -- especially at the higher speeds, which sent blood rushing to places where no blood had flowed before…. While not loaded with tons of features like more expensive machines, this one covers the basics at an affordable price point. You won't find a holder for your cell phone or iPod, headphone jacks, or a bunch of features you may never use -- only the stuff you need to get rocking. It's a great starter machine, perfect if you want to try out the vibration machine thing without going broke. ... show more

The display panel arrived damaged however the seller very promptly replaced it exceptional service. overall this machine works extremely well it has aided me in losing 20 lbs within the month helps more in smoothing out your cellulite and definitely helps in toning. This machine doesn't come with an exercise chart but there are plenty of ideas you can implement by watching different vibration plate fitness videos on youtube. I am very happy with this machine for the price, Great machine for all fitness levels. For an individual that has just entered my 40's 3 children and a lack of exercise for the past 4 almost 5 years it's been instrumental in me getting my energy back and helps with getting back into the being fit mode again.
