This was a perfect Xmas gift for my kids! Really high quality, sturdy steel and easy to put together, instructions were easy to follow. Box came with necessary tools (wrenches) so I didn’t have to use any of my own. All in all, the building process took about 30 minutes. This is a very high quality, very solid product made of steel. Height of the hoop is easily adjustable with a push button feature that locks and unlocks basket height. I also don’t think there will be any weather damage issues leaving this outside. My kids absolutely love this basketball hoops and want to be outside playing with it all day. I highly recommend this product to all families interested in basketball for it definitely exceeded my expectations.

Basketball hoop is really nice and sturdy. Easy to build. There is also a video on YouTube if you need help installing. I initially thought I was missing pieces b1,b2 and the sticks that hold the hoop together but they were inside one of the big poles. Hope this review helps others.

Was putting the whole thing together, and noticed the two support rods that connect the base to the upright pole seemed to be missing. It was New Years Day and had some pretty disappointed boys on my hands, but called the support number and to my surprise someone answered! She informed me that the support rods were likely in one of the 3 upright posts, and sure enough they were. Got the whole thing assembled and it works great! Thanks for the customer service on New Years Day!

Got this for Christmas. Did not open it until then. Return window is closed. This was missing the long axel for the wheels, what holds the pole for the hoop up, and missing the 2 support arms for holding the hoop up. I have a basketball hoop that I cannot return and cannot assemble because the most important pieces to hold and connect the hoop are missing.

We just got this hoop for my kids for Christmas. It was easy to put together and my kids love it. We did have an issue with the handle adjuster but the company was super great about getting us a new one right away.

This really is a well made and good looking outdoor basketball hoop. Once you have it together and have filled the base with water it's sturdy and very heavy. The lever at the back to adjust the height of the net operates smoothly and easily. They recommend this is a two person assembly and I'd concur with that. It's pretty straightforward to put together and one note I'd make is to check one of the tubes which does have parts wedged inside. It comes with tools, but you might want to use a power tool for tightening up the bolts. The other thing I'd add is that the poles scratch easily during assembly so probably a good idea to have a large tarp or something to lay everything on.

Overall good product. The wheel axles and the support braces were packed inside one of the long poles and so I initially thought I was missing parts. But after I found the pieces it took about 2 hours to build and fill the base with sand/water with help from my eight year old. The best thing about this basketball hoop is how easy it is to adjust the height. I’m recommending this product.
