I got this a month ago and it still works on the first charge by the manufacturer. Wow! I always struggled with manual grinder because it does take an effort. This little thing literally saves my wrists. You just put in small pieces in and I don’t even close the cap, I just top it with my finger and it eliminates the need to screw and unscrew the cap. The chamber itself is pretty roomy and can also work as a storage for leftovers. It turns off by itself and I have also read that the blades do not operate when the chamber is off the base. Nice! It feels pleasant to touch and operate. I also use a “poker” to push the product off chamber walls. It’s sticky sometimes, if you know what I mean. Freezer helps (Just don’t put the battery in). Some reviews claim various issues, mine has none. Even if it dies, I’m ready to buy another. I highly recommend this. I rarely write reviews, but this time I just had to. I bought this for lemon tekking purposes. I had a mortar and pestle, but I wanted something to make it more of a fine powder versus smushed up bits. Lol. When the power button works, it works great. I swear the thing was partially working for me but every time anybody else used it, it worked. Lol. It's like the power would go off, and I couldn't get the power to come back on. There's nothing wrong with mine - I just should've tried grinding up amounts faster without the automatic off feature going into effect. It served its purpose and would recommend this product to anyone with dry herbs. Anything with any moisture, I can see why people were not as satisfied because I could see that it would probably get stuck or stick inside. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it shows there's a cap over the hole on the front, but no matter what you do, when you take the cap off, stuff goes everywhere. Make sure to have a tray or plate or something to work over if you're going to use this. ... show more

    • Works great but doesn't pour through the tip like that
First of all, the chamber holds a medium size piece of herb at best. Don't over-pack it or the grinder won't spin. Also, unless the leaves you start with are dry and not sticky, don't expect the ground product to ease through the tip like that. It won't. It's usually too sticky. You simply leave the screw-on cap on the tip and unscrew the chamber OVER a container or other protective surface to catch anything that spills as you pull the grinding tip out of the chamber, and dump it into a container. If you are looking to grind a large amount, this isn't the grinder you want (use a clean coffee grinder or a good blender). This is for daily use amounts at best. In fact it probably holds a little less than an average 2.1 inch manual grinder. That being said, this grinds more uniformly than the manual grinder and it's is easier on my arthritic hands to simply fill it and press a button than to use the manual grinder. I like it and I'm keeping it but I took off one star because the herb doesn't pour through the tip (even with tapping it against the bottom of the container) like it appears in the photo. ... show more

EDIT Oct 28 2021: A+++ customer service.. seller reached out to me directly to apologize for the issue, offered immediate refund, and explained that while they stand by the product (as they should), like anything on occasion issues in shipping and stuff can arise and sounds like mine may have been one of those.. So while I still stand by the fact that the opening does make it hard for medicinal purposes (to directly pour, not the grind itself), the device itself if functioning 100% this is a quality product for other uses Previous review: Unfortunately I wanted to like this, but the blade fell off and now basically constantly comes off after using it just 1 time. additionally, If your planned use to for this is medicinal grinding, look for something else. The top is far to wide for this to be a convenient way to grind and roll it into anything and it somehow makes as much of a mess as a traditional grinder (all based off my single experience before it broke). This is the best grinder i have ever used or owned. Simple, powerful, rechargeable. Must break up material before filling to grind. The material must be cured or it will clog. Too sticky... otherwise fantastic. I clean it with alcohol about once a week to keep it running smooth. Be Careful! This is so powerful it will literally grind your material into dust if you prolong your grind.. Awesome design, looks great too! ... show more

Easy to use. Powerful. I’ll update as time goes for longevity UPDATE 6/4 Received, fully charged and used once (for no more than 1 minute). Put in drawer. Took out to use, no power completely dead. Shouldn’t it keep it’s charge? It’s charging again, but now. Have to wait to use it when it’s ready. Not when I’m ready to use it :( ... show more
