I've only ever had Thule products in the past, purchased through the Subaru dealership. So the best brand on the market. The Thule racks I had on my WRX were junk but I made them work. These are over half the price of Thule and are just as solid and take half the time to mount and assemble. The design of the rubber clasps are perfect. They are a couple mm smaller than the outside diameter of my factory front to back racks so the rubber hugs them super tight which is what you want. I'd also like to add that the key lock is way better quality tumbler and key than Thule. It's a real key like one for your house and a solid metal tumbler. How secure it is, not very I'm sure because it hooks to plastic. But Thule issues you essentially a novelty key for like a toy lock and a half metal, half plastic tumbler. So I trust this way more. It's a solid buy and I'll recommend this to all my Subaru owner friends.

This product suits my needs. Less costly than the Subaru cross bars, sturdy, easy to install and lockable. Adds to the looks of the Crosstrek also i my opinion.

Got these after seeing how well they fit on Outback Wilderness. I had another brand of bars previously that just didn’t look right on my 2024 OBW. These not only look great, but were much easier to install! Instructions are clear, and the bars fit the stock rails very well. Yes, some of the parts are plastic, but from that I saw, the parts that are actually bearing the weight are steel (clamps and brackets) or aluminum (bars). One thing I really liked is that the bars are the “wing” style which makes them more aerodynamic and cuts wind noise. Very happy with these and my Harbor Freight cargo basket fit just fine.

Works well for Outback Wilderness 2022 at a decent price. The only downside is that it may not be as sleek as Thule or Yakima cross bars. Easy to install. Currently using it with Yakima Hig Road Upright Bike Mount (2024 version).

Very happy with this brand so far. The adjustment screws are slightly inconvenient in their location, but fortunately I have worked with things like this for years. Very little turbulence noticed post installation when empty which is always a MAJOR plus with a set of cossbars of any rack. Once centered and set, the bars are easy enough on and off and very secure when locked. Handled a large load out during our first off-road trip in the new Subie. Really want to try their basket for our next addition. So far very pleased with BougeRV. Will be adding this brand to our video series for sure.
