I’ve never used one of these devices before but wanted to try it because I am extremely active and any extra boost in recovery is nice. It is very strange to get used to using but I really like it. I’ve have noticed a slight increase in recovery so it works like it should. I don’t have other similar products to compare it to but I have to imagine this is a very high quality product compared to most. The gel pads stick very well even on my hairy legs and it is very powerful. I can only use it at about 80-90% power otherwise it’s too much for me. The pads lasted about 10 uses before I had to switch them out but I probably could have gotten a few more uses. That’s longer than I thought they would last so that’s a plus. Lastly, the amount of different modes is incredible. I played around with every mode and there are definitely some I don’t enjoy but it’s nice to have options! Overall, I highly recommend this product, especially for the price. Great value and product. ... show more

Highly recommend this powerful and versatile little device. I received one via my PT office/insurance and this guy beats that one hands down! Super portable, multiple setting with multiple levels and frequencies. Comes with everything you need, including a great instruction manual! Rechargeable internal battery will last a weeks worth of use 2-3 times a day and quickly recharges - includes cable but no charger block (and standard USB charge will work) Includes enough pads to get you started, a carrying bag, a "pad caddy" (neat little tray that you can adhere your current pads too when not in use). Cables are fairly heavy duty and appear to be very well made (better than the insurance provided ones I have) If you need a TENs, you would have to spend a lot of money to get a better device.     • Two years in and still works great

I've had this TENS unit for two years now. I don't use it constantly, but I have a bad back where it's easy for me to throw it out, and the way my pain works is it migrates from my lower back to my left hip, and then down to my left knee. I've used this probably 40 days total in the last two years, so not a daily user. But when I do use it, it is easy to put the pads on and connect them, and the unit itself has a great battery life. I'll use it for hours at a time. The pain relief enormous for me, both while using it and for several hours afterwards. For the price, I would definitely recommend it. I am also still using the four original electrode pads. I haven't even opened up the four additional ones that come with it. ... show more

I had been getting tens unit therapy for my hand pain, and thought I'd get my own to use at home. This one is powerful and easy to use. Hands are different than knees or back.... at the lowest level this one is much stronger than the one at Physical Therapy. But it really helps! The pads are large and very sticky and seem to be able to last a long time if you care for them properly. The instructions are clear and the options of different types of therapy and good. Small compact device that gets the job done, contact pads are pretty sticky for a good amount of uses. Strength of the device is adequate, I don't find myself using it above 1/3 power, I've tried it and it is quite painful with my arm jumping out of its socket.
