Overall, I really love this litter box. It is self-cleaning and with multiple cats it is awesome. The smell that we used to have with the standard litter boxes isn't an issue anymore. I like the way it self-cleans. I was skeptical that my cats would want to use it as they are particular but they do use it. They are curious about it but it's quiet noise is helpful. It was also easy to put together. It's lightweight and works well. Sometimes the litter doesn't sift and you have to manually sift it out but it's not that frequent. I also like that it takes the regular cat litter and not the super expensive one. You can also buy the bags for cheap and you aren't having to pay to replace a whole tray like on some of the others. We love this! It took a few days for the cats to get brave and use it but it's been wonderful not having to sift through a smelly mess. I bought this as a gift for my friend who has cats and she recently got busy with work to where she is too tired to scoop out the litter box constantly. So far, she has been loving this automatic litter box. It was easy to assemble and even easier to use with the automatic features. It even comes apart to make it easier to clean. The media could not be loaded. Absolutely love this litter box. It's easy to assemble it comes with great instructions and works amazingly for our male indoor cat. Even he loves it. I have a large family and our normal litter box was to light weight and he is only 12 lbs but would tip it almost daily not anymore. It's a decent size for him to move around and do his business . Again as a large family cleaning the regular box was the last thing anyone wanted to do the smell and stuck clumps of litter was a nightmare. Now its just set and forget and he has a fresh litter box every time he sets foot in it. After he exits it self cleans I'd say within a minute and distributes the clean litter back. The whole process takes a lil over 3 minutes. And the smell doesn't make you won't to vomit. You have up to 10 days before changing the bag that's 3x a month. Best investment ever! It’s so quiet, easy to clean and man does it work well! Didn’t take but 7 minutes to put it together and when it came time to clean it, that took less than 10 minutes from disassembly, clean, then reassemble. My two cats love it. The media could not be loaded. - I didn’t even get to use this thing yet and it came with a hole in the litter bed, there is also a weird hard thin plastic that I guess holds the litter bed from stretching out??? Or maybe holds the cat so they don’t feel the linings of the chamber?? - Even if that weird plastic thing came with a hole before opening it, what about my kitties nails that could possibly poke a hole in it after I get a new one? - I know it is a small hole, but I know for sure that it will cause lots of issues later that I will for sure regret if I keep it with a hole. - Smells of plastic when I opened the box. - This might be a bit annoying to clean if on the instructions are saying you have to clean the chamber and the litter bed with water and a brush. On to the good side of it, the box was very light. Was not expecting it to be so light. Noise is not loud, unless you get annoyed at any sound then it’s not for you, but it does not bother me. Super easy to assemble on your own. It’s also really easy to open up and clean which is nice, but my concerns for my weird cat makes looking for an automatic litter makes things very difficult for me to find. I have a cat that does not pee normal and im worried about how this will play out, he always pees on the back corner of all his litter boxes and his pee travels in between the cracks of the litter tray and the lid, and I fear he will definitely get his pee in between the chamber and the litter bed. I don’t think that this will be the one for my kitty, this is a good automatic litter box if my cat peed normally.. I would not recommend having a small kitten used this yet until they are over 8 months old imo. Thanks for reading. ... show more
