I couldn't be happier with these steps. Install was simple, and required no special tools at all. They came with good instructions, but if you're even remotely mechanically inclined you're not going to need them. Aluminum and plastic so no worries about rust. The mounting brackets and fasteners are steel, but there's no getting around that. I suppose they could have used stainless steel for those, but I'm sure they didn't. That'll be the only place you have to worry about rust though. Being made of aluminum, they're very light too. You're not going to take a hit on fuel by carrying around a bunch of extra weight. Not like you buy a truck like this and worry about a few pounds here or there, but no sense in carrying extra if you don't need to. If nothing else, being light makes installing them easier. They look great. Nice even coating. No missed spots, or blobs. Very well done. They're adjustable too!!! You obviously have some limitations on how you position them, but you have some flexibility. They can slide fore/aft and closer/further from the body. This allows you to tuck them pretty close to the rocker panel, or pull them out a bit for an easier step (like I have them on my truck). They provide a big wide step so even a clumsy person like me can get in/out without sliding off them, even in the snow. I'm just under 200 lbs and they feel very sturdy. These may not be a name brand, but who really cares. They'll get you in/out of the truck with ease, and won't break the bank doing it. Save your coin for something that the name on it actually matters. This isn't one of those times. Great product at a great price.

These Running boards look great on my 23 Ram Classic Crewcab, installation was very easy . Took me about an hour & a half by myself with kids hiding parts & tools . The steps are wide & sturdy. I feel this was a really great buy & saved me hundreds compared to the mopar ones .

These are nice and for the price was a good buy. Easy to install on a 2015 Ram Express. Would be helpful on ramps or a lift. I didn't think about it till after the fact. Took about an hour or so to do alone. The only thing I grueling recommend is checking your parts. One of the runners was missing the hardware that's pre installed to mount. Seller was willing to ship but I requested a partial refund and sent to the local hardware store and got the missing bolts, washers, and screws. Seller did grant the partial refund with no issues. I like the way they look.

Decent instructions, but running boards are labeled driver and passenger, but appear identical. Confusing. Support brackets were not (3+3), but yet no designation of driver or passenger side. Have to guess I suppose probably don't matter. Studs on truck were full of paint. Would be nice if the kit came with a thread die to clean them up so the nuts go on. Step was boxed, not tubular, so step flexes a little, but I'm 260lb so. Overall pretty happy. Finish quality looked good. Price was right.

Looks great on the truck, easy install. Quality sucks tho. 6’4 250 lbs. every running board I’ve had on my other trucks felt solid. These have some flex to them. That’s my only complaint.

Great running boards at a great price. They fit perfectly & have enough gap at the body to be able to actually use. Not just for looks. Caution, no mater what the directions say, DO NOT remove the bolts from the captive nuts until the runn>Ng boards are resting on the brackets. The space them by the brackets. A nut slid into the end cap on each end. It took awhile to find them because you can't see them without taking them back off. AND they get stuck.
