I got these for my 2023 Gladiator. I ended up using the YouTube video for a bit more in depth instructions which was a huge help. But my husband and I installed them in about an hour and a half. Not too tricky at all. Just need some basic tools and at least one other set of hands to get them up there. I did notice that some of the rougher “rhino lining” type of finish was chipping off on one the ends. Not very noticeable but I’m sure over time that’ll grow. Super sturdy, makes it much easier for my few elders to get in and my dogs! Would recommend, adds so much to the vehicle. Installation was supper easy, fit body line perfectly and extremely sturdy! This better than a more expensive step bars bought from another supplier. Worth the $$ and time to install. Installation only took less than a hour!! Excellent product and company!

The old saying goes, you get what you pay for. I really can't say too much bad about these for the price in comparison to higher end ones. Coating is pretty mild in terms of durability, had a couple chips from installation alone. Fully expect rock chips as time goes on. I just touch it up fairly regularly with some black paint. I live in SoCal and don't deal with much rain/snow/salt but if you do I would really consider that more, you will be dealing with rust quickly. Installation is straight forward just lay out you hardware and make some educated guesses, there is an instruction link on the product page but I recall some discrepancies between the instructions and hardware but nothing major, the lengths provided didn't match the instructions but they appeared to be feedback related improvements. Installation is mainly with hand tools, you won't be saving time with power tools so plan to be patient. Total time was about 90 minutes from removal to complete installation. Things to note, these are about 1 inch lower then stock plastic side steps and much heavier. Stock ones I took off were maybe 10 pounds these are 30+. You will also notice the new tings of rocks bouncing off if you had the plastic ones before like I did. These are not rock sliders by any means, don't expect to have added any additional off road capabilities. Overall they are what I expected and only wish the 1941 logo would have been on the others triangular version where the step on top vs the bottom that would have made these exactly what I wanted. ... show more

I couldn’t be happier. This cost a few bucks more but fit my new gladiator perfectly. They are contoured to fit the body lines properly. Plus they extend proportionately under fenders like they are supposed too. The others you may be considering are straight and also shorter. My buddy has the other brands in his Gladiator and they just don’t look good. I haven’t had any issues with rust or dents. This are pretty durable and have a nice finish. They look great, fit perfectly, no issues installing. I knocked off two stars because they’re rusting. They were installed 6 months ago. There’s a 2 year manufacturers warranty on the side steps. I haven’t contacted them thus far. Forgetta about it if the warranty requires taking them off & shipping them back. ... show more

Overall, the build quality is pretty good, and comes packed very well. There was one small spot on mine that had the black coating/paint chipped off. The instructions aren't great, and really need more detailed photos, and illustrations. There's no clear details on bolt/nut construction, like which order for the bolt, lock washer, flat washer, etc., and which direction they should face. The most difficult is the bolt access with a hex key wrench. There are multiple areas where it's nearly impossible to use a hex to hold the bolt head. Use a ball-head hex wrench for the best chance. I would also suggest having more than one person available to help. I used a couple jack stands, but an extra person would make it easier, and safer. I'm happy with the purchase, but it was more involved than I anticipated. ... show more
