I got to say that this product looks great and once put together it feels great. I made sure to watch videos on how to put this thing together, so the install wasn't hard just tedious. The secret is to install, step by step and keeping everything loose and slowly step by step tighten it all up. My con is: It is extremely sturdy once you put it together BUT it is only held on by 2 smaller nuts and bolts off of the mount to the rail. In the future it may have some failures. It takes a while to fiddle with to install. *read up on it first. Pro's: Great price Looks bomb-bastic Feels very sturdy Did I mention it looks great?! I purchased these for my 2020 F150 to lower the entry point. They dropped the step about 3" from the OEM running boards. Really make a difference getting in & out. Installation was easy. However, the brackets lined up with the step outer flanges so I had to add spacers on the inner t-bolts. Also, the t-bolts should be about a 1/16th of an inch longer because of that. Ordered these expecting would be two solid pieces I just bolt on. Ended up being several pieces and MANY small self-locking screws. Directions were a bit vague. I don't have a lift or a garage, so it took me a few hours under the truck in the cold to install. It looks nice, but I worry that some of the small screws may break or fall out. Probably worth the money, but installation was not fun. ... show more
