I would leave a zero on the review of this item but it wasn't an option. After only 10 weeks of mild use it has already stopped working. It won't even turn on. It is also not the easiest to clean. My cat was not really impressed with it either. The noise level is good, it is really pretty quiet. It is heavy and the litter does not clean out well at all. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Of course my return window has closed so I am just out the money for something that is worthless. ... show more

    • Could be improved.
Bought in May, works well, as far as an automatic, but it doesn’t hold smells very good, and it’s a pain to clean out. I’ve had to buy an odor control baking soda to sprinkle on top of the litter, to keep the smell down. To thoroughly clean it, I’ve had to take the top outside and spray it out with a hose and soap, use a scrub brush to scrub it out and let it dry overnight with a fan on it to ensure the inside dries. Even if you thoroughly clean it like I do, there’s still dirty litter trapped under the front lip of it and you aren’t able to get all the dirty litter out, and the top is fairly heavy, so there’s that. It’s just really awkward to get clean, and it holds the smell. But other than that, it’s an automatic litter box. ... show more

Not good. Heavy & Bulky. Because of the shape it does not allow much room for your cat to go in deep. The opening is good but she can not go in far to feel comfortable. There is also a limit line for how far you fill the litter, it is enough litter for a kitten. Not for an adult 14 pound cat. I threw mine out. My cat didn't like it after trying it twice.
