Have had nothing but problems with this product installed it worked for 2 days using the manual function then went into fault tried factory reset in powering it over night worked on it next day after several attempts to not get fault unscrewed it and reset realized side of building was 1/4 out of square on one corner so shined and got it to work tried to set it for lift operation and had it set at 0 and 80 for open closed birds got looked out because it closed be for dark and was opening at 4 am barely light out set it to time function and can’t get it to keep going to fault track is clean and door is level and square

The media could not be loaded. Best Chicken door I have ever purchased. Here are just a few reasons why I say that. What I love about it is Firstly the size of the opening, it’s large which is what I’ve been needing because, chickens come in many sizes. This door allows my larger girls to access the coop with ease. Secondly it slides side ways, which helps keep the tracks clean and easier to open and not get clogged with all the chicken dirt. Thirdly and probably my most favorite thing of all , is the side battery compartment. It had a rubber seal type door that you remove to get to batteries and NO screws to remove!! This is such a wonderful mechanism!! Every other one I have purchased in the past had screws to remove anytime the batteries stopped working , so you have to sit down in a not so clean area and unscrew them and then replace batteries and put it all back together. Having this easy to access and easy to install battery compartment will make your life as a chicken owner so much easier. This is such a great chicken door. Worth every single penny spent !! 100% recommend this to any chicken owner!!

Love this door! Has made life much easier. My only gripe is that I wish it would "fault" to an open position instead of locking my girls inside a hot coop when there is debris in the track.... otherwise, this has been a life-saver! Super easy to program.

This chicken coop door is a life saver literally, my chickens are secure for the night safe from predators. It’s a nice routine to get them in there and lock it up and it looks nice. It was easy to install with clear instructions.

Don't buy this one ! all plastic parts and door is very flimsy -low end quality (over priced) I set it up according to the instructions - Seemed to work well for about 2 weeks The rack gear that is attached to the door broke off - something got into my chickens and 3 were killed last night The very small bosses broke off the door- their attached with 4 small screws - not sure how it happened -but possibly when the varmit got into the chicken run. If you want a higher stronger quality auto door do not order this one !
