****edit**** it's been about a month and the u it is malfunctioning. Cat urine pools under the unit, on top of the base. Let me tell you, it reeks!! I've messaged the company and they are sending a replacement unit. I will update after I've had a chance to use the replacement. I was honestly a little nervous about buying this automatic cat litter box since there weren’t many reviews, but the price was too good to pass up. I’m so glad I did! It’s working perfectly, and my cat absolutely loves it. I really don’t know what I would do without it now – it has made cleaning up so much easier and keeps everything smelling fresh. The setup was simple, it runs extremely quietly, and it feels well made for the price. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another one from this seller in the future. This is a great item. Easy to assemble as the instructions are simple. It is for medium to small cats. I have one bigger cat that weighs15lbs but he did not hesitate to initiate the use of this automatic litter box after assemble. It cleans well and no smell. It also use ample amount of litter which I do not have to buy litter as often as before. By the way, I have 4 cats - one big, one medium and two kittens (3.5 & 4lbs). I love that ot connects with the app easily and it is user-friendly. The design and concept is good. Hope this company make a bigger box with built in camera to identify what the cat did :) This product is five star to me because it chexked everything that I looked for with the automatic litter bix.

We have had the litter box about two weeks now and we are thrilled with it. We had a litter robot 3 prior and it was having issues with something internally and it was becoming a huge hassle but we had it for about 6 years and it was time to a replace. My first instinct was litter robot but the price just wasn’t something I was comfortable with again. I browsed Amazon and ran across this box and we decided to give it a shot. So far my only complaint is that it doesn’t hold much litter at all and I have two cats. So I do have to fill it up/top it off every few days. Otherwise it’s a great product. 1. It’s VERY QUIET when it goes through a clean cycle. 2. It’s very easy to put together. 3. Very easy to clean. 4. My cats seem to like it. (I have two 8 pounds girls). Overall, I’d purchase again. It’s definitely worth the $149!

I recieved and assembled mine 07/15. Assembly was easy. I'm not really great at following schematics, but this product comes with step by step pictures of the actual product - not drawings/prints - and combined with the video tutorial it was pretty straightforward. I think it is important to note that you need to tighten ALL the screws all the way. The instructions do specify a specific part that absolutely needs to be tightened completely, but I took extra time to make sure they all did because it's obvious there's potential for leakage if all seems are not fully drawn together. Took about 45m start to finish, both Assembly and getting the app set up. Per the app data the cats (one 6lb and one 8.5lb) have used it 12 times. It looks like it's been untouched and contains smell well - I changed the waste bin the first time 7/17. It was only a quarter full. So for smaller cats could probably go a few days. The rotation for cleaning is very slow and doesn't seem to take much at all to stop, so it doesn't appear to pose much hazard to cats - it can be set so it won't run if there's more than 2lbs of weight. So while I would not recommend for small kittens, it seems safe for adults. The bin itself is entirely separate from the rotating mechanism. But if concerned for pet safety it can be set for manual clean only. Update: Woke up to an odd thumping and found the cat riding the box during a clean cycle like some kind of roller coaster then watched as she climbed inside it like a hamster wheel so I can confidently say it's pretty safe.

We were dealing with my elder cat who has kidney disease and urinates all day long. Regular litter box was getting too much to keep up with while working all day long. My cat started urinating outside his box regularly while we were away and it almost led us to putting him down. I decided that an inconvienence wasnt a good reason to let old man go so i searched for an automatic litter box that was affordable. I decided on this model due to its price and that it was not a very high entrance for my cat to get into. It literally saved his life in the long run. What I love: 1: It can either do a single or double clean after every single time he uses it. so NO MORE SCOOPING 2: With the app it tracks his weight and frequency of use which is nice info for his vet 3: It comes with convienent and plentiful trash bags to place in the dump container 4: It is VERY QUIET 5: Putting it together was an ease due to the absolutely AMAZING instrucrtions included with packaging 6: The litter mat included is solid and does a great job catching litter Why this box does not get 5 stars: 1: The dump tray could be a bit larger (If you have a cat that only uses it 3-4 times a day trust me you'll be fine) 2: I wish the dump tray could be incorporated into the base some how but this models design just doesn't allow for that. 3: (really NOT that big of an issue) Make the stickers that come labeling the seperate pieces easier to remove haha OVERALL: Great product that probably bought my man the latter years of his life with a little easier bathroom for him and us. Changes the game of litter boxes for an affordable price. Would recommend this model for a first time money saving buyer thats fed up with scooping pee and poop on a daily basis. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you have a cat with Kidney problems or diabetes to try and stay on top of the urine and stop your cat from finding laundry and anything else it can pee on around your house. HOPE THIS HELPS!!!!
